CrumbsInTheBed - My friend goes to computer shows every weekend as a vendor. So I just went with him. He allowed me to place them on his table to sell them.

bettyboop - I am in the process of figuring out how to do video reviews. The ones I had seemed bad. only 3 seconds to drag, not alot of vapor, etc. But the one that I seen at the computer show the user was pretty happy with it. So I thought 2 things: First maybe I got bad ones(doubt it cuz yal have same problem) and second, I think this forum could use a review of it. I am trying to do a review of every E-cig I have used including the smoking everywhere. As to how? I emailed and asked for a demo to review for these forums. :) They said they would mail it out.

So you just emailed them and they are sending you one for free to review?, let me guess you want to be a kiosk seller of smoking everywhere brand e-cig, and this forum has people who tried it and said they are garbage so you want to show how great they are?
And so you say you sold the (bad ones) on ebay and got your money back? and you hope to get a good one to review for them? Just asking coz I am so confused as to why you would even want to review for smoking everywhere brand after you re-sold them?????

I honestly don't know that much about the consumer laws here. It isn't often that we buy something here in the USA that can't be returned for any reason.

You would file a complaint with the attorney general in your state, then fill out a complaint form for the better buisness bureau.

They will contact smoke everywhere and try to resolve your complaint.
If this company is a real company they will try to reconcile with you. If they think they are above the law, they will just ignore the complaint; in which case you would have to take them to court which would be more of a headach for you and chances are if they ignored the attorney general they will ignore the court order as well.

I fought with my cell phone company for 3 months over my bill till they finally turned off my service, filled complaints with the AG & BBB; my service was back on in a week my bill was wiped clean including the stuff that I actually did have to pay, and they called to apologise.
You have to show these jerks that they can't bring a knife to a gun fight

lintz, I have a great idea...After you review the smoking everywhere brand e-cig for the company..Send it to Leaford he can give it a review....And lets see what happens.
What do you think Leaford you up for the challenge?? LOL
Lets us know if you get a good one...

Why would they give a free sample to someone who is new on the forum and has never posted a review before? They don't come across as the type of company to give free samples to me.

I'm confused.com

Would Leaford want to review for such an unethical company?
IF Smoking Everywhere at the mall is the same as smokingeverywhere.com, it's just a rebranded Njoy. But there are so many sound alikes, I'm not sure. In any case I'm all about the device. I held my nose to deal with Smoke 51, I suppose I could do it for Smoke Everywhere, but don't see much point to it since I'm pretty sure the device isn't anything special.

As with the creator of this post i was sucked in by "Smoking Everywhere." I offer them thanks for turning me on this better way of smoking, but i also offer them boots to the face because their product is next to worthless in my opinion. The batteries don't last long, the cartridges seem empty right out of the plastic and the amount of vapor leaves much to be desired. I have a question though that might make this product worth my effort.

Can I fill their cartridges with eJuice or something? I can tell that the core of the smoking everywhere cartridges is fairly dry and I would like to just top em off. I don't see why that would be a bad idea. Almost more importantly though if i proceed to fill the cartridge will i get more vapor per puff??? Thats really all i want. I smoke because I enjoy blowing smoke rings and French inhaling and doing tricks. With the little amount of vapor i get now it is just impossible. Any ideas?
