Got the Nemesis clone. Which tank for cloud chasing? And which battery?

Thanks again all. I bought a nimbus clone for cloud chasing, to go with my Nemesis clone. Both off fasttech. Its going to be like a month before they get here lol. I got a Samsung 20a 2000mah battery also.

But my question is, what length, and what gauge should I go with, for spinning a good microcoil? I'm thinking that dual 1.5ohm microcoils should produce very large clouds. Right? Or wrong? I decided to go with microcoils instead of sub-ohm, since they're the safe way to cloud chase. Got the 20a battery just to be on the safe side.

If you have a smart phone, get Vaper's Toolbox. It has all the formulas built in to give you coil resistance based on wire gauge and coil diameter. I don't know of any other resource for vapers - maybe someone else can chime in?

That being said, 10 wraps of 28g Kanthal on an 18g needle should get you around 1.5 ohms

Edited to add: That will get you one 1.5 ohm coil, I was assuming that is what you were asking. Doubling two of those up will obviously get you 0.75 ohms, which I hope is what you were shooting for?

Naw but I can do the math to figure out what would get me 1.5 ohms. I'm actually going to go microcoil for safer cloud chasing. As opposed to sub-ohm.
