Got written up for vaping inside at work

Talked to the owner he said it's a fair point as there technically is no rule against it as vaping in colorado isn't considered smoking

Got the write up removed and everyone in the company got a handbook with a rule added with no vaping inside he was super cool and told my district manager to actually read the handbook as at the time it was not in the handbook

Actually recommended him a device to use as he wanted to quit but didn't know anyone who vaped

Basically told me to just be off camera or just go outside which is what I do and make it a point the camera sees my mod the entire time I work and told the dm to talk to employees in a nicer tone and chalk stuff like this as a verbal

Now he visits frequently asking me how everything's going even got a raise from it all as I been with the old company for 4 years and seen my work ethic as I never stop moving always moving shelves dusting and cleaning the cooler walls and racks my store is small and dusty and busiest in state

Got popped by the bar program only one in my store to pass not even my gm asked for id or dob
