Why give these people..Who inflict their filthy habit on the rest of us any consideration at all. No smoke breaks at all would be better. Also smoking in public areas such as the street should be forbidden. I object strongly to being covered in selfish smokers' smoke when walking outside.Let them smoke themselves to death in their own homes and nowhere else.

My tolerance has long since been exhausted.
