Okay so I ordered from gotvapes and they were out of the ce2s I ordered. However they sent along with my stone 3, two single ce2 cartos which I was told by Chris (Badkolo) they are the new phoenix line of ce2s. Now I am some what a clearomizer noob but when I 1st tore into the pack I did see a few things that seemed to me not as good as the ce2 deluxe ed. The plastic tubing is thinner and press fit tighter (almost too tight stress is seen at the connection) making them kinda hard to pull apart. Also the inner seals have changed slightly, the top inner seal I used to take and flip over removing the one below it solving wicking issues of the last set I used, this one is a thin clear piece of silicone with out ridges on the one side (the side we all turn down to seal the cup) I threw it away and grabbed an old seal from my last pack, I do not see the newer seals keeping juices from building up inside the cup. The thinner tubing I thought would allow me to use an eGo cone over the ce2 but it still will not unless I get wider ones or mod these. Uncertain of ohm rating on these and have no way of testing but seems to work well on my Omega running on an 18650 @ 3.7 ish volts. Aside from that they also changed the base of the cartos and removed the wires being day one I have yet to tear it apart to see how it's wired up but I can say you no longer see wires inside the clear tubing. VTF is great though these are hitting very well, right now I'm trying PS pear-o-mellons at 12 mg getting great vapor, moderate TH and good flavor. These look less rebuilable than the last set I had which is why I like ce2 cartos I rebuild the atty and wick when they burn through rather than buying an actual rebuild-able (unemployed and trying to save where I can) lol. So it seems there is less opportunity for modding these newest ce2 cartos luckily they work well enough after swapping the newer seal for an older one. Over all I would buy these when they come out next week but I would rather have deluxe edition so I can rewire them lol
