No, 60 like everywhere else. But, we don't put up with those short New York minutes.

Actually the ETA issue is caused by Bad being so close to the NY USPS post office which is a known black hole... which causes time dilation issues making it impossible for Bad to estimate anything in a timeframe related to the rest of us...

It will likely depend on if they are made of metal or clear... clear carto's have a larger diameter than the metal ones... I suspect these are metal
