Got my second order of Altcigs today and I could smell it as soon as I got it out of the mailbox. Got Raspberry Shortbread Cookie, more Churro, Butter Yum, and NanaGram. They sent samples of VG Sweet Tangerine and Waffles
I love them. They never really run sales though as they believe in fair pricing all the time.
Running a short run of apricot on Wednesday. And the 10th they have a coffee called Wakonda coming out.
BBL folks .. breaking out the telescope to set it up for the (supposed) meteor show later. I may be up until sunrise if it's a good one. lol

Though I do believe that how one lives/works has a lot to do with good health. Being that you've made it this far w/out none of the things you mentioned, I'm inclined to believe that you live a healthy lifestyle, or at the least, put in an honest effort.
Many of those who works/parties hard (I did), at the age of 40, their bodies (this included me) begins to show signs of wear & tear. My first arthritis surgery was at 33 years old.
The fact is, one cannot work 72 to 84 hours per week (12 hours shifts) & then party for the next 5-6, catch 4-5 hours of sleep & start the cycle over for day after day, year after year. I was raised to believe that hard work is good for the body & will get one somewhere. The only place it got me was in debt (my wife wanted everything & assumed the extra cash that I made was hers). My intent was to double house payments, it ended up being credit card ones instead. I guess it was my fault for giving in, should have stood my ground.
I have every reason to believe you've made better choices than I did. Keep it up!
