I prefer the flavor of cotton (boiled multiple times) over anything I've tried but I can't use it. It was giving me horrible chest pains and headaches. I didn't put two and two together until Demitri did a video on it. He was experiencing the same exact thing. I thought I was getting sick but it would happen on and off, with no other symptoms. Once I stopped using anything with cotton (I rebuilt my protank heads with cotton), the symptoms went away. It just sucks because cotton wicked the best in my protank. Silica gives me flooding issues and I don't like the taste. It's diluted IMO. However, I found a method of using silica that pretty much turns it into a cotton-like consistency and that works ok.
*edit* and I got the itchiness in the throat too... some dryness as well... but the main concern was the chest pain

I just dont like the "paper" flavor it seems to have. That and when I use it I've always ended up burning it. I think some people need faster wicking than others. Never had too many flooding problems w silica. I always count the drops when I use a dripper so I dont. My cheapy will get your finger all covered in liquid if you use more than 6 drops.

I am a juice hoarder and looking forward to meeting you all and maybe down the line, exchanging juices. I love Ahlusion, TPR, Suicide Bunny, Clevervape. Have juices from Alpha Vape, Steam Co., Southern Steam, GLV and 5p (to name a few).
Been up all night as I have insomnia and am trying to get my sleep schedule back to "normal".

i had good luck w/ all my glass tanks, never broke one. Most have a cage or shroud around the glass. Aga t2 was nice, easy to build for a genny. Dont you use a kfl? I had thought from seein pics that they're sturdy lookin, but have no experience with them. Kamry's are worth every penny though. I had much better luck w my protank1 than I did w any carto tanks.

If you just want something that won't break but has great flavor, I'd suggest the kamry mod with a kfl steel tank. Easy to take anywhere and don't have to worry about tank cracking juices.

I do have a kayfun and the plastic works better than the metal body but I was trying to think of something less bulky that's all. I have to babysit it when I use the metal body not so much with plastic.

Thanks girl!!! Yes I saw that but I still have quite a bit left. Thinking about the next batch and throwing in more Doodle, but the. Peanut Butter cookie one keeps calling my name too!

I use cotton wicks from boiled organic cotton balls that I buy from Amazon (dirt cheap). I have never used it unboiled. But, after boiling it, I can honestly say that I have never gotten a bit of anything "off" tasting from it. It's by far my favorite wick. I have tried the cotton yarn and the silica wick and neither gave me even close to as good absorption and flavor. Just make sure that you put juice on the cotton before you close up and fire the RDA/RBA and wa-la big clouds of tasty vapor.

The only time I ever had a mishap was when I built my Kayfun Lite and forgot to douse the wick, before closing it up. Burnt cotton does indeed taste funky!

Well, looks like I need to boil the organic cotton balls then. I didn't cuz, well, they're organic but may do it anyway. Thanks!!

Just got GLV'S new Decadence and Red Berry Dream! This company is by far one of the best around. I now have everything of the Nebbia line and I like,love, them ALL. My stash is mostly their stuff. Only 2 or 3 I didn't care for, and that is because certain flavor don't do it for me!
Do yourself a favor and try them if you haven't. They have great prices to boot.

Mine was 12 mg and zero TH but not sure if that's normal for the Nebbia line, normal for High 5 or what have you. Guess I'm use to ElKamino! I have a sophia and dripper pro on the way from greece now. I may have some questions for you. I haven't built anything yet so I'm a little intimidated by it...but I also like to tinker with things so at the same time I'm looking forward to it. I did buy some prebuilts for the same reason as you.

OH!!! Good for you!!!! I think both are awesome but since I switch up flavors so much, my Dripoer Pros are used constantly!!!! They are very easy to use and getting ready to pull up the big girl pants and build my own coils. Any help I can provide, I will def do!

Same thread topics begun by noobs over and over. Same flavor discussions. Same everything. Feels like the Twilight Zone. Bring up a new company and there's crickets. Bring up MBV and the whole place goes nuts.

For those that don't know, I also post semi-often on Calivapers ejuice discussion forum. Threads aren't nearly as numerous as here and you don't have to live in CA to participate (duh) but the focus is more geared to the top-shelf crowd and discussion on smaller, batch-driven manufacturers. Hope to see a few of you guys pop over to say hi or participate. It's a bit more mellow with fewer inane questions.

Trying to catch up on all the action here -- man, you guys were busy last night! That's one of the bad things about being in Michigan, even if I stay up til midnight, it's only 9 o'clock in California when many of you guys just get going. (The OTHER bad things about Michigan are too numerous to mention, starting with the fact that it SNOWED here Monday and we broke the all time record for highest snowfall EVERRRRRRR.)

Working on my new TPR juices and loving them today. Something weird is up with my tongue tho so I'm going to have to go slow -- it happens sometimes when I am testing so many different flavors.

Anyone know of some good holiday weekend sales??

Ohio isn't any better. If anything, it's worse. My family lives up in Michigan (was just up there this past Monday) and they don't get nearly as much snow as I do, living right by the stupid lake. I hate it. Moving out of state as soon as possible.

Oh yeah, someone here turned me on to 7 Signs (firephly maybe?) I got the samples a couple weeks back, and Trumpets is also a magical drip line flavor! Pale Horse, Famished, Blood Moon, and Martyr also really nice blends. (Wasn't big on war (Chocolate), and Conquest (Tobacco))

I've run into that forum before when i am searching for reviews, might try it. I like to look at the reddit ecig forum too-it's the most helpful for me when it comes to info on tech stuff (maybe because of their system of best posts and comments being upvoted for visibility). I also like reddit for juice reviews because they have quite a few people on there who are beta tasters and get the new stuff/new brands first, they also have some really good reviewers on there, and do more reviews on newer or lesser known brands. The DIY section is also really good.
They are also a good source for finding sales-for some reason a lot of vendors post more and better discounts to the reddit audience. I also like the irreverence of reddit, there no censorship there at all.

I prefer this forum for posting though-I don't post or comment on reddit much, it isn't as social like that.

what exactly is it that people love so much about lime cream from Ahlusion? Is it the creaminess, the flavor, what exactly? How does it compare to say Good Life Vapor's The Keys for example?

Nanny that is a good idea to note who recommends flavors which fit your profile. I hadn't thought of that.

I kind of keep a mental note of it, but I also keep a mental note of who seems to have the opposite tastes as me because that helps in my decisions too. (also I try to note who likes stronger flavors or more subtle ones)

So I got my E Liq Cube order in, the Oober Goober & Pink Starburst, they smell really promising. I am trying to guzzle some water here because I know that I haven't been drinking enough and that is the reason I can't taste much right now, urgh I hate when i get vapemail at a time when i can't taste stuff!!

I just find it really hard to just drink enough water sometimes, so i think I'll get this-it doesn't have artificial sweetener, and i love this brand of tea so maybe if I add this to my water to make it easier to drink more water Red Rose® Real Tea Black Tea Premium Water Enhancer

Just found out that on a zmax with an LR 306 1.5 ohm atty, Burley & Candy from tpr is absolutely perfect at 11.5 watts. The tobacco and candy both come through strong at this wattage

Is it candy like actual candy or just fruity? It better be good I got it on your recommendation and expect full reimbursement just like you promised! Can you show me again what the Kamry your talking about looks like? Do they have it on fasttech?

Love a SS cable set up on my Kraken. Mesh wrapper at the top of the cable, deck floor to top of cable, and wrap the coil around both the SS mesh and cable. You can do a dual SS cable build for a < .5Ohm build, and wicks really nicely

Can you post a pic? I've never built a coil of any kind yet, and I know from Jonathan that they are different from regular builds. I got my Kraken today. I can't even figure out how to get it apart though. It doesn't seem to twist off at the top, or pull apart. It looks beautiful, I just can't get into it! I got a brass one.
