it's working fine as it is. It's just the resistance that's off. I have found that the only time I really need to rebuild the heads (I.M.E.) is when I buy an illegitimate Kanger head. The legit ones don't really give me issues.

My mvp has been acting strange and not reading our recognizing some attys. I've pulled the center pin up a little on the 510 connection but nothing helps. Isn't there something you can drop down in there too help with the connection...I thought I'd heard of something like that

That happens with some of mine too! Usually it's that the threads are stripped on the atty's. New one's do just fine!
Also, have to be very careful not to tighten too much!

Isn't that an Innokin? If so, my SVD does that ALL THE TIME. The only thing that helps is pulling that center pin up. Maybe you didn't do it enough. Sometimes I have to pull it up a lot... Just be careful. This is a common issue with the Innokins. I have to do this everytime I go from my Protank to anything else. (not sure why as I don't believe my Protank has a long center post or anything)

I've looked for my glasses while they were on my face... That's pretty bad. My problem isn't memory... It's the fact that I'm CONSTANTLY thinking... over-thinking... so my attention span is non-existent.
This is a brand new kfl....it worked, I took out off to refill, put it back on and it reads "non" so I think I've shorted it somehow, take it apart to make sure. Reads fine on my ohm meter and vv3, but not on the mvp. Same with some kanger heads I've rebuilt but it can just pull the bottom pin out on those a hair to fix that problem. Also wont read an aerotank base right outta the box.

Are you pulling out the center pin on the devices you're attaching to it... or the MVP itself?

Both...Ive pulled it out a few times on the mvp but the last time it looked like I was actually pulling the pin completely out and got nervous lol
I've blown a couple of ego twists doing that so I haven't done it to my MVP!
