We were heading out on a fishing trip. Was about a half hour out of port when we spotted it maybe a couple miles off the stern. Was still close enough that we could see the spray it kicked up at the surface. Just glad that is was going in a different direction than we were. It was off the west coast of Okinawa about 6 or 7 years ago.
And does anyone really trust them with the ingredients for their liquids? After thethey pulled with cigarettes?
Yeah, I just got coupons in the mail today from them to get the Vuse and the refills free... not going to happen. I don't trust them and why would I want to vape a cig. flavor when I have a whole rainbow of flavors that are good, and I know what is in them! No cigalikes for me plus they want to ban all other types of vaping stuff besides their own.
Not me..lol. As a matter of fact I don't see how anyone in their right mind would.
When I first started vaping I ordered sample after sample of tobacco flavors. I was in the mind set that the only way I would stay off of analogs is if I could find something that tasted very close to the analogs that I smoked. I smoked "Reds" and believe it or not I loved the taste of the tobaccoAfter going through several samples of tobacco flavored juices, none of which I could vape longer than 10 minutes I was about done. Fortunately EC Blends had sent me a free sample of "Dragons Blood" with an order I had placed with them. I tried it as a last resort and loved it. It was my ADV for over a year!
At that point my eyes were opened to the wonderful world of all the different juice flavors. Like you said why would I want a single cig. flavor with vast amount of juice flavors available to us now.

So very true. All we can do is stay in the loop via CASAA and other online resources and continue to respond to any and all Calls to Action.
Boycotts aren't used anymore because they don't work anymore. The mega corporations have enough money to bombard news outlets with fake news and reports and get enough people thinking they're not so bad. Even without that, many people don't think much beyond their own existence and daily lives. That's why there is always a hue and cry whenever something gets passed or approved. I recently heard a story about a teenage girl who was upset about approved plans to develop a forested area near her home and she climbed into a tree in an attempt to stop it. Where was she during the permitting process? Most developments these days take years to plan and go through rounds of approval hearings. THAT is when people need to take action. Sadly, most can't be bothered to worry about it.makes my blood boil. The entire argument is about control of what we have access too. And they hide behind children. Yet god forbid you can order the smut channel from your cable box without knowing who ordered or how old they are. Should we remove the internet since you can buy pornography or even see it free? Should we remove all booze because people can get fake ids. or maybe we should put chips in the hand so we can have for sure control of our citizens. you can remove prayer from classrooms even though all the commandments if you follow them make a good person even if you did not believe in God, if you just made the rules part of who you are you do not need rules to regulate you because you self regulate and watch out for your neighbor.
Maybe it is time for the boycotts to make a comeback. Start removing all companies off the landscape that have the ability to change laws for the worse and decide to do so.

I wonder if the fishing is better or worse when things like that are close to them? I bet it would be fun to be a sea creature under the sea and watch hurricanes and spots running across the top of the water.

The way those things churn up the water I think the fishes go deep when they get too close. Anything near the surface would get a better ride than what any amusement park has to offer - I remember being caught in waves a few times after surfing wipeouts. I'm too busted up now days to be doing that any more.

You are 100% correct. In my city every business cries about how unfair the sign ordnance is, and it is extremely unfair. I was one of three business owners who showed up for the planning commission workshop to give our views on the issue at hand since they are taking public opinion about what we think is fair, before they rewrite the sign code to go before the city council for a vote to amend old laws and add in new ones. Blew my mind that no one even cared to show up to a venue where they could actually have a real impact on the issue we all cry about in my city.

You just gave me a new goal. I want to be as big as the corporations you mentioned who have such deep pockets they just buy news channels and public opinion.. i guess till that day comes I will just have to win people over with great service, fair prices and give you an experience worth coming back for. =)

Only surfing I've done was here in Okinawa. No injuries from that except for a few cuts and bruises - all fairly minor.
My being a bit busted up comes from other activities - 20 years in the Marines.
A couple parts rearranged/rebuilt and a bit of hardware holding it together.
