Hi all, my partner has spoken with Jan Cummings of the FDA. even though she (Ms Cummings) does not have to do with the decision making she requested that emails be sent to the following email address and she will then forward them to the FDA dicision makers. Now that we know we have a sympathizer within the FDA, we need to make sure to send all the emails she could ever want or need. Ms. Cummings needs as many emails as soon as possible. She would like for the subject line to say "Electronic Cigarette" then a well thought out email stating our side of why e-cigs should not be banned. Thank you for taking the time to consider sending the email, Kat
Please send emails to reglist@cdrh.fda.gov and remember the subject line needs to say only "electronic cigarettes"

Let's not let her down, or worse yet...for us not to act and then complain when they DO regulate us out of existance is hypocritical.

You obviously like to type and talk about vaping, or you wouldn't be here, so take the time to send these people a well-thought-out E-mail, expressing our views.

mine is sent.

and bump to this post

Edit: May I suggest, if you haven't sent yours yet, that you keep the word "healthy" OUT of your letter.
Look at the trouble Cheerios is in.

Just tell them you "feel better" and are "not consuming all the carcinogens" of cigarettes.

Do not use "healthier"

Also, do not use "NRT" or anything like that.

These are simply meant as a way to "smoke" where smoking is not allowed. An "alternative" If you happened to accidentally quit, good for you, but that's not what they are meant for.

Thank you ~ P
