Jim420, there is at least one, and maybe more than one thread referring to recent communications from ruyandirect about some shipments not being cleared by Chinese customs for leaving the country. Wayne assured people that he expected that problem to be resolved in due course, and offered to refund or resend the shipments of those affected. Are you sure the order of the person you refer to is not one of those? Perhaps he or she misunderstood the import of their communication from ruyandirect, as did a couple of other people.

Thank god that the FDA exists or we would probably be eating rat poison in our foods if there were no regulatory agency.

Re-stating this thread, for since May several jurisdictions have banned e-cigs and more are trying. Look at this before flaming what I originally said. Sure the Governator veto'd one bill, but that will not stop the CA legislature from attaching the ban to a bill that MUST be passed.

You are absolutely right. Too many years were invested in training smokers to be submissive and take their punishment, fines, degradation, and banishment to let them go so easily with their pv's in their hands and smiles on their faces.
I wrote an email to the FDA. I gave them my story. I don't expect them to care about an individual but if alot of people wrote I will be part of a "team" and that makes me feel like it was worth it. 
Has anyone thought of a petition form for this? I would be much easier to get mass responses.....
