I went to walmart and got the case logic 6 stick case like so many people have mentioned. It is awesome! It doesn't work for me (male) as an all day thing. But I can take it with me in my car or at work and it holds everything I could want. I would post pics but I'm on my phone. It was only $5. And functions as good if not better than many $20 ecig cases.
I also noticed the massive amount of camera cases that are real cheap and look great for a variety of uses. Outdoors. Travel. On water. Formal attire.

Before you order a case online. Stop by walmart and at least walk through the isles.

Thanks! I'll have to check that out. How big are the outside dimensions of the case?

Here's another weird case idea - on Ebay there are tons of lipstick cases

Scroll down to the little cloth covered ones. They are little hard cases and the one I got has an inner size of about 3 1/8 inch by 7/8 inch, flat on the top and rounded on the bottom.

Right now I am using one to carry my 750mah Riva battery since I have trouble with the Ego button protector on it. I just wrap a folded bit of paper towel around the middle of the battery to keep the button away from the side of the case and carry it in the box (I'll cut a piece of foam or sponge to use instead). I'm going to get another one and it should hold 6 or 8 cartos, drip tips, attys - stuff like that. I could also carry a couple of 510 batteries and cartos in one.

Closed it's about 4x5.5x1. Obviously open it's 9x5.5.

It has 6 tiny pockets. 3 on each side. I can fit 3 carto's, or one 10ml juice. Or 2 batteries. Etc. In mine right now I have 1 juice, 6 cartos, 2 batteries, and a USB charger. Plenty of room to spare.

I'm thinking it's perfect for day trips. Leave it in the car and keep a complete cig on me in a lanyard or hard case. I'll need something bigger for my 3+ day camping trips though.
