I wish more vendors would treat me a little more like Madvapes, you know like without people like you and me, theY would not exsist.

Madvapes is my first stop for my vaping needs. I buy my "stuff" all at once at the beginning of the month. I average maybe $100 to $130 a month in cartos (for me and my wife), needed batteries, and the occasionally let me try that item.

I recently purchased the new VV Boxmod /w LED. This thing was rocking, until the 510 connector came loose, I am careful not to over tighten and use a 510 to Ego-T/510 extension so I have the ability to adjust the "positive" center to fit any 510 connection. Stuff Happens!!

I mailed it in for repair on the 19th a Thur, the Recieved it 23rd (because of weekend), shipped back to me on the 24th. One day turn around? Holy Vapes Batman!

To date I have yet to have a single problem with Madvapes. If I had a bad experience, I would be here stating the issues, so it's only fair I give credit where credit is due. Well Done!!

They do have great customer service, i found that out when i needed a replacement switch on my Roughstack, they didn't even flinch at shipping a replacement part as soon as they saw the picture I attached to my trouble ticket.

Kinda consider myself spoiled with Madvapes, I do not do much business elsewhere. Notcigs seems to have a great customer service following, and I am doing some business there, but they don;t have nearly the selection Madvapes does. Notcigs does have the VV tubemod that I liked the most...
