I ordered a IPVS from them about a month ago. Just recently the display quit working. I emailed them on a Saturday about my defective mod and by Monday I got a email and a tracking number for a new mod they are sending me. It's great that they sent me a new mod without sending mine in first. They are sending a envelope so I can send mine back after I receive the new one!

Just started vaping last week, went to the New Philly store yesterday and Jeff helped me out, gave me a lot of info to consider. I told my brother and he went up today and bought a rig from Jeff.
