Greek seller and preorders

The CC option on Greek site finally works. But Greek seller cant open the new presales. We just spoke on phone and he told me that there will be a big problem with 2 preorders open at the same time. People will order items from both preorders and they will wait to receive those items at one shipment. If they will not receive them in one shipment they will start asking what happened. Too many e-mails to be answered etc. So my suggestion is that we can close the GGTS-UFS preorders on 28 of October, Sunday night at 9:00 pm Greek time and open the new presales that will last for one week, (that is until next Sunday) 4 of November, Sunday night at 9:00 pm Greek time.

The bad thing for some customers is that they still wait for UK seller to refund their money and then place their order. Its a big shame that he delayed the refund and I dont see the reason or the purpose for it. But we have to move on if you agree. We cant stop the production line because UK seller doesnt refund customers at a proper time. But there is a solution for those customers. I will keep those items to my house and I will wait for their refund first from UK seller so they will order after their refund. I cant wait of course more than 2 weeks if you agree. Refund had to be done already but I will wait for 2 more weeks just for my customers

Order (nervously placed) haven't got a refund yet. I did the maths and what I ordered gg and ufs costs the same as 4 weeks worth of Marlboro's.But I'm hoping my GG will last me forever. I placed my order cos unlike cam, Imeo and e-smokeguru have responded to my questions. Fingers crossed this goes smoothly or my partner who thinks I'm nuts will kill me

I would suggest that there is little to be gained from passing comment on the refunds from the UK seller Imeo, I have previously made the point that if you had honoured the pre orders that were placed with Cam, there would have been no need for the refunds at all.
I received my refund today and I am sure that all the others that are owed one should do so.

Much as I love the GG products that I have (GGTS x2, Ody x4, Penelope x1) I will not be buying the UFS I had preordered, nor will I be buying any further GG products unless it is in the classifieds.

you are free to do what you like funky. But it would be better to speak if you knew what was going on with UK seller. Then you would give me credit for it. And keep in mind that its not house owner's fault that left his house open and he got stealed, its always thief's fault. Dont blaim the owner. You have to be more careful with your judgement. Its like you tell me that I am responsible that my wife got dead by car accident and if she has married another man he would be alive now because he wouldnt be inside my car.
Do you really know why I stopped UK seller? If you were in my position you would have done worse things than that. You judge me without knowing the facts? Even courts need facts to judge someone.
As for UK seller, 2 weeks to refund? Are you ok with it?

I'm not making a judgement, I am expressing my point of view. I do not presume to know the reasons that you decided to stop supplying Cam, although from your post it appears that you are suggesting that Cam has stolen?

I do not think it is satisfatory that it took two weeks to get a refund, I was suggesting that there is nothing to be gained from commenting on it as there have been complications in returning the money via Paypal due to the time between the preorder and it's cancelation, it fell outside of the usual time frame that Paypal works to.

The "steal" thing was just an example funky. As for the fact that something will be gained from commenting, of course nothing will be gained but I express my feelings about this that is a fact because the only that I concern are my customers, and you are one of them. Thats why I express myself. I never said anything about this issue until now. I didnt complain to anyone, I was always trying to calm down all people. But 2 weeks for something that he needs 2 days to be done? Is this a customer service? People are waiting and concerning after 2 weeks of waiting. Is there a reason to leave people in this situation?

As far as I am aware, all pre order refunds will be dealt with directly by paypal themselves as they were sent a full list on monday 22nd and should be prossessing everything. I wish that this had been done sooner, then everyone would have had there money by now and then everyone can move on.

to my opinion, the right way was to refund by "send to e-mail" option funky. It would last only 2 days. I dont understand why UK seller send the refunds to paypal. Paypal will delay as much as it can the refund. Paypal's policy isnt the best on returning money. They have screw a lot of people, including me, Greek seller, Hopefull in past days etc.
Anyway, I hope that I am wrong and refunds will be as quick as possible
