I'm looking for an 18350 mech with a really pocket friendly fire button to replace my gripper. I just broke the 510 connection on it. This is the one I carry while running so I need one that doesn't require a lock ring. the lighter the better.

I'm probably going to end up doing that, I'm just curious what other options are available.
Other than that, it doesn't fit your no lock ring requirement, but I love my Nemesis - kayfun 3.1 in 350 hybrid mode. Or you can get the 510 extender which will probably make your broken one work again. It's what I did with one of mine. Put an igo w on it with an ego adapter to make it look seamless.
Yeah I love my nemesis, but I really need one that I can just shove in a pocket.

I have done LOTS of searching and experimenting. I still carry my gripper every day. I use the CE3 clearo, fits perfectly with no adapter. I'm in a suit every day, and when I take off the jacket, need to be able to slide something into my pants pocket that won't be a bulge, and won't break. I have found nothing that can take the place of the gripper at just about any price point. It's stealthy and awesome. Have an extra battery in my briefcase, but usually only need one a day to get me back to my full set up in the car. I truly can not think of anything to recommend but another gripper. I'm actually about to order another as a backup just in case.
I typically just use a disposable dropper atty on the adapter, but I just got possibly the cutest little rda to replace it. I went to take the top cap off and yanked out the 510 connection.
