Hello guys
I have been reading this forum for awhile now seeking advice and reading reviews. I use green smoke which people seem to dislike so I'm thinking about trying a new company with lower costs or sticking with gs and getting compatible carts or something.
I have been using green smoke for over a year now but just think that their cartridges are a bit over priced. Don't get me wrong but their flavor Max carts are out of this world amazing in terms of flavor, vapor production, and the fact that one cart surprisingly really does last 1.5 packs of smoke. I am debating between refilling my used carts or just ordering compatible carts from another vendor. I read most of the threads about this but still can't decide on what's best. Some input would be awesome

It's not so much that Green Smoke is a bad product, it's that it is over priced and not compatible with the myriad of parts and accessories available. You can get a Volt, Bloog, Vapor King or eGo for a third of the price and have a great vaping experience.

The two main types of battery connectors or KR808 and 510. By using one of these types of batteries you will have access to an endless array of accessories to help you find the perfect PV.

So, what kind of e-cig do you think you would enjoy most: One that looks like a cigarette or one that has a long battery life so you don't have to charge batteries very often?

Thanks so much

I like having the real cigarette style but nothing large which is one of the reasons I chose green smoke. Also I figured it was best since it costs most. But I like short realistic style because carrying 4 batteries around don't bother me. Also high vapor volume and carts that last at least 1 pack like the green smoke flavor Max do. Also would like to get into filling my own.

Agreed! I started with Greensmoke but didn't stick with it. I ended up getting an eGo and a Bloog kit which I liked much better.
If you want a cigarette style try the Bloog. They are easy to refill and I have been happy with mine. I use a Bloog for when I am out the door at work or in public and when I am home in the evenings I happily vape on my eGo with dual coil cartos.

Actually, I recommend a Volt from SmokelessImage or a VaporKing from Vapor4Life. Bloogs are great, but Doormouse uses Volt and V4L stuff and she really knows those products. I think the idea is; you get as good or better performance from the Volt or V4L at a lower price.

There is another product called Vapor King, don't get the one that is not from V4L. From what I've read the other Vapor King is just a Joye 510 knock-off, anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I bought a kit from V4L, but haven't tried it yet. It's a gift for my girlfriend, but I'm going to have to try it at least once :)

Sorry I have not read the thread.

Greensmoke is KR808D-2 aka E9, the incompatible rebrander version of KR808D-1. Nice powerful slim ecig, nothing wrong with it except being incompatible with the supported threading. I also don't know if KR808D-2 offers manuals and most people here use and recommend manual ecigs - harder to damage or kill with juice leaks, easier to get a good hit. KR808D-1 does offer manuals. Both are 3.6-3.7v slim minis, the most powerful slim minis.

Any "name" models ending in "Duo" like Smoke 51 Duo should be KR808D-2, and Red Dragon and Vapure supposedly have KR808D-2 models. I think AZSmokeFree and VaporKings.com have some kind of blank cartos, AZSMokeFree has cheap parts. LeCig.com has adapter D2 battery to D1 carto and vice versa. D2 to D1 would let you use cartos from Vapor4life, SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet, Halocigs G6, CigEasy Elite 808, as well as a number of minor brands and all of the 2.5 to 3 ohm blank cartomizer styles made for KR808D-1 and sold at multibrand vendors.

Ahh, well that sounds pretty good. Still, kind of pricey.

If you want a new kit that looks like a cig and performs well at a reasonable price, from what you've said so far, I would go with the Volt.

If you want to keep what you have, then maybe one of those adapters would let you get more choice from your current equipment.
