There is a difference between carts, and cartos. Carts are cartidges which hold a small amount of liquid, and are used with atomizers, or attys, and are a 3-piece setup, battery, atty, cart. Cartos, or cartomizers, are one piece that holds the juice and has the atty inside, is a 2-piece setup, battery, carto. They also hold a lot more juice than carts. Sorry, I was getting confused so wasn't sure if anyone else was LOL

As dormouse suggested for cheap parts you can visit azsmokefree.com , they have blank cartos, USB passthroughs and manual batteries for KR808-D2. Although not sure if you really want to stock up D2 gear as it's not very well supported. You can always get adaptors from lecig.com to use greensmoke/KR808-d2 cartos on KR808-D1 batteries or vice versa.
Also, Lecig.com Vapriot line is KR808-D2 and their cartos should work on greensmoke.
Vapure.com also sells blank D2 cartos.
I would suggest to get some blank KR808-D2 cartos + ejuice and try them on your greensmoke battery, see how it goes. I know some simply dont like filling cartos and they always buy prefilled. If you'll enjoy ejuicing then you can think of moving from KR808-D2 to D1 or any other brand.

Prefilled cartos are more expensive and will limit the juices you could use. Filling your own is cheaper and will allow you to use the thousands of juices from an array of vendors.
If your going to fill your own I HIGHLY suggest you get a manual battery. You can easily kill your auto battery if juice leaks into the hole. Manual batteries are sealed so they can survive juice leaks and keep working with no problems. Also like dormouse said, a manual battery will give you much more control of your vaping. The manual batteries are really easy to get used to. After a few days it becomes second nature, and most people realize they like manual batteries a lot more

Radamist,
Just know that those sealed auto batteries are not completely sealed. It's still possible to kill one with a bad juice leak so be careful. The air hole is just on the side instead of in the middle on the top. They are def less likely to die from a juice leak than a regular auto battery, but a manual battery is still the safest
