Trial and err does have a lot to do with it, but that has been part of the fun for me. Part of giving up analogs is finding something to do with the time you would normally spend smoking, and all the options in vaping are really more of an asset than hinderance. Try them all, without getting discouraged or intimidated and decide what is best for you. I remember reading about dripping for the first time and thinking "what a PITA, I DONT want to mess with that"; a couple months later, dripping is my preferred method and is really no more trouble than the process of having a conventional cig.....but with much better flavor.

Welcome and look forward to hearing your first impressions of the new PV when it gets there.

(don't forget to blow out the primer fluid from your new attys before first using them)

Ahhhh...so that's why when I got my first eGo today and decided to try dripping for the first time it tasted like burnt crap. I knew something must have been wrong :/

Welcome to the forum!

You'll love the ego... I've moved on to mods, but still have an ego around as backup. The above posters are right; with the 510 threading, there are TONS of options for it. One caveat; there's a concern that LR (low resistance) attys and cartos can damage an ego battery. It never happened to me, but lots of people have reported it, so try LR at your own risk.

Since I switched to building my own mods and mixing my own juice, I'm amazed at how much I'm saving. I went from $180+ on American Spirits (probably more now) to ~$45 a month, and that's with a generous battery "allowance". I should probably lower that estimate even, since I've noticed over the last couple of months that my daily intake seems to be dropping. Under 3ml a day now, from 5 when I started.

...except, of course, when I'm reading ECF... lol...
