I'm sure Gummy you can do a better job than my sloopy cuts. Note: the ball bearing doesn't take solder too well. Replaced it with a tiny eye glass screw.

the lexan was a free sample from that plastics company that you just mentioned, yea what ever their name is, damn it. The pex are from lowe's part # is PXP34 by Vanguard.

Atty connector from madvapes, and cut the outer flange down so that the center pin is sticking out below it.

I believe the place you are talking about is PetroExtrusion.com - The Plastic Extrusion Specialists I got a free 1ft sample from them for replacement tubes for my MAP tank should I ever need them.

I'd love to see rat file spine work on the edges of the brass, but that would be crazy (oh, but to dream...)

I got my tube samples, but the plugs don't fit (3/4" ID with 1" pex plug), so I have to go look for something else.

3/4" tube fits the 18650 a dream, hope I can source an end as clean as yours.
