ESTIA : 0.3Ω Tri-Micro Setup
—————————————————————————————————————————
CAUTION :- Extremely Dangerous. Do not attempt this build if you are not an advanced vaper.
—————————————————————————————————————————

Microcoils Mounted and Trimmed:

Note: 28AWG Kanthal, 6/7 wraps over a toothpick, 1.2Ω each coil.

Setup Resistance Checked:

Note: Base reading minus Final Reading equals 0.3Ω

Test Fired:

Cotton Yarn Wicks:

Note: S’n’C Cotton Yarn must be boiled for 20 mins or more before using. Pls see my pictorial on its preparation >Here<

Sizing the Wicks:

Note: Tucked each wick into the 'vertical' juice channels and then mounted the Chimney over them. This way I could easily place the right amount of wick needed in the 'horizontal' juice channels as well.

Trimming the Wicks:

Note: Cut off the wick tails exactly in line with the periphery of the base where the tank would sit. This way I have some wicks sticking out of the Chimney, which help in feeding the system properly, especially since this is a super sub-Ohm setup (which heats-up quick and thus consumes liquid faster).

Saturating the Wicks:

Vapor Check:

Assembling the Chimney and Tank:

THOUGHTS:
Built this yesterday, it is thus 24 hrs in use. Rock solid performance. VTF is at par with the previous build tho, however there's a hint of better taste. Under chain-vaping the atty gets tremendously hot and I took to swapping the drip tip with a 70mm one from my Hammer setup. Overall it has been keeping well, no wicking issues, no dry hits. I notice one benefit, the battery lasts longer in this resistance than I had previously.

Bottomline:
This is purely a sport setup. I just wanted to have a 'feel' of super sub-Ohms. Otherwise there’s no measurable benefit in building your atty in this low Ohms. The Estia performs well in 0.8Ω (safer) and above resistances.

Mine says it shipped on 04/01/2014 - elta RE068446098GR.
On 17Track I get a not found message and on Elta I get "The is no data for this shipping number RE068446098GR.
Please try again later or check the shipping number you provided"

I'm sure it's on it's way and it'll just show up, I'm not in the least bit worried.

I did earlier, though like I said I'm not too worried about it, so long as they got the address correct it's all good. I'm old enough to remember a time before tracking and the interwebs.

Looks good! Though I hope it is the deep engraving like the tele Lord as opposed to the single tube version.

Gus has not yet confirmed when he can make it*. But whenever he does ~ it'd be on par to the LORD, similar to how/what he did with the drip tip.

*It is currently not on their scheme of things, unfortunately. They are unable to match the demand of the Estia as it is.
