Did this company go belly up? I have been raving about them here because I had a 510 atomizer last me 5 weeks but my second one only lasted me a few days. I emailed them a week ago and I still have not heard anything back from them. I also tried calling and got nobody. Plus I noticed they also stopped carrying the VX atomizer on their website. Are all the people who bought them now screwed?

They still Carry the VX attys.....But you're not the only one who has a problem Getting the attys replaced....My Son's friend from work Bought four of them about three weeks ago....And two of them went belly up with in the first week.... He has yet to to get an email from this company about returning them....I was going to go ahead and pull the trigger My self on a few of these attys....But after hearing that getting them replaced as the warranty states is nearly impossible,I'm going to wait and see what happens....But if anyone has actually had them replaced from this Company....Since they offer a one year warranty....I would defiantly like to hear their thoughts on this....Cause as it stands of now,He tried Contacting them by email on few different occasions to get get some kind of a return authorization That they require for the warranty...But has been unsuccessful in his attempts....So as it stands as of today, my son's friend is out of $60.00 Bucks....Hopefully someone can shed some light on this situation cause i see a lot of members bought these attys, but i have yet to see a post about how good their return warranty is.....

I found there att's to be on the weak side tried them at 3.1 3.7 and 5 volt not to impressed they shorted me on the order as well sill waiting for a the rest of the order for over two weeks.

Have anybody notice that they look almost identical to the xtemevaping attys?
I have both and look the same and both came with the same kind of blank cart.
I don’t own a meter so I can’t say both are in the same resistance rank but up to now, both have been working wonderfully in a true 3.7V box.

I have 2 H2O, only used one and I haven’t had any problem, is working great. Later I ordered 5 of the xtremevaping and one was DOA, a simple email to Levy and he solved the problem immediately. Great customer service!
So, I feel the same performance (but could be wrong), same price, 2 from H2O and 6 from xtremevaping

Update from my last post. I logged in and left a message under the top option in my account and got a message back from them with an rma number. I am sent them both back. So now I am waiting to get new ones.

Despite all the bad PR that seems to come from people who haven't used them, or haven't had a good experience with their return policy I went ahead and put in an order for some of their atty's last night.

I'll return with more information on the entire experience, including readings from the atty's, blah blah blah to get it all settled. Unbiased opinion.

So as of 5/11/2010 at around midnight an order has been placed, they're in Texas, I'm in Southern California. I'll return with more details when they arrive, and we'll get it all sorted out.

EDIT: After finding the discount code for 20% I contacted Angelo and he cancelled my original order - so order will ship out tomorrow rather than today. They ship from Tampa, Fl - not Tx.

I was given free priority shipping 2-3 business days - expected arrival is 2 days via USPS. So hopefully they arrive Saturday. Will come back with results.

Notified this morning via e-mail that their only current stock is white, and that the colors I had requested will be available in 7 days.

Unfortunate, but not necessarily a bad start. I went ahead and switched to white.

Out of stock on all items I've ordered - 5-7 days before they become available. Nothing stated on the actual site.

Seems like a poor start.

This is good to hear. I bought 3 of them some time ago. 1 burnt out very quickly and the next one is lasting forever. I figured I'd wait until I had at least 2 to warranty before doing anything.

Received two of the kits today, along with free atomizers, juice, and carts.

The other color I wanted is on back order. Charging the batteries now, I'll update later.

They LOOK nice.

I'll have an OHMs reading by tomorrow, too.
