One of the best anti-malware programs out there and it free " Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware " Google it. Download it. Run it often. Sounds like email-spoofing to me. Just change your passwords, stay on top of your anti-virus / anti-malware updates. Thats about all you can do unfortunately.
