The taste of cigs will soon become disgusting. Best to carry a backup with you at all times. I have a disposable cigalike in my purse all the time, and occasionally test it. And every time I leave the house, I grab a mod. It is normal-- just the learning curve. remember, every cig you don't smoke is a victory.

Backups are the rule of thumb. First time my battery died and need recharged I lit one up and went to the store to buy another cheap battery. I'd suggest buying a better battery than what you are using now so it can become the backup. There is a natural progression in vape gear as you progress. I rationalized my purchases of better gear as insurance to get me off the stinkys. It worked for me.

Tori it took me 12 days of cigs and vape to get comfortable to drop the cigs for good. Then I was amazed at how easy it was. I did however, keep a cheap clearo of higher nic juice close for those times the "itch" needed scratched. I would hit it once and then go back to the regular vape. It is what worked for me. I used this same technique as I lowered my nicotine level because I didn't ever want to have "that power of cigs" to take me back, and it hasn't. You can do it!
