Sorry, I haven't had a chance to get back on here. My order was in a box about 24"x24" but it felt heavy for that size. It was never opened, just 'detained' by the FDA. HG was the vendor. They have been super to work with.

Wow, 2' x 2' is a huge box when it comes to vaping supplies.
And it felt heavy for that size?

I'm actually a little surprised they didn't confiscate it.

The njoy suit/injunction/rulings are specific to the resellers named in the case. The FDA is not blocked from doing this to anyone else, AFAIK.

I agree with the American vendors comment. I consider the markup a no-headache tax.

Finally got my shipment. I had to call customs first then they referred me to the FDA. I left a message on their recorder (the only option they gave me) and my stuff was released the following day. Coincidence? I had no e-juice, just hardware. Thanks for all the good words! whew

I'm glad to hear you got your order. I had to file paperwork with homeland security to get a shipment that came in from China and was being delivered via FedEx. Total waste of time and money if you ask me.

From my son I understand that the absinthe sold or legally imported into the US must contain less than 10ppm thujone. He and I understand others - do not see this as real absinthe - I don't care for it -never liked liquorice (which is what it taste like - in spite of what absinthe lovers say)

Sadly mistaken. The debate about whether thujone is the 'active' or even the *only* active ingredient causing the "Absinthe Effect" rages. Unscrupulous Czech distillers like to perpetuate the "highest thujone" line when they don't even produce Absinthe, but merely Absinthe-flavored vodka. Tests of numerous pre-ban bottles from France, Switzerland, and Italy all show thujone levels at roughly 10ppm. Those who don't see modern Absinthes (many of which use unaltered pre-ban recipes, and are perfectly legal here now) are probably the same types who light it on fire...

I hoping the Democrats win big in November, so goverment can get bigger and bigger, add tons of new laws through the FDA, FCC, EPA, etc, add a few hundred new departments to our inefficient government, spend lots more money, on silly wasteful programs, would'nt that make life so much better for everyone, then the FDA would just let those e-cig shipments right in. Or maybe not!
