I see TW has an American Red tobacco in there new Gold Standard line, I will have to give it a shot, anyone else try it yet?

Do you use 1 drop/5 ml of the AP as it is or has your AP been dilluted first? I have the Acetyl Pyrazine but havent fooled around with it yet.
I just use it as is, if 1 per 5 ml is too strong try 1 per 10 ml, let us know how it goes!
I am waiting for my order for my first ever DI.Y order fom Wizard Labs to arrive. Tribeca is my all day everyday vape. I by 30 mls of Tribeca from a local cigar shop here for $26.75, yes that is 27 US dollars. To say that I will pee my pants if I am ever to duplicate it is an understatement.

Merlin, I tend to vape everything right out the gates. With AP however, since its so concentrated it will get stronger as it sits, so be careful. If you use one drop or so and its close but not rich enough for you at first, I would def let it sit. Or make two batches one with a single drop and the other with two.
The RY4 double OTOH calms down with time, the more sharp notes recede into the background.
Going off memory here, but about 1-2 weeks tops and it fully 'matures.' Maybe faster if you use a PG base, repeatedly warm and shake, etc.

The now deceased TW n9port (i think that's what it was) lol was pretty much spot on. trupure is strange, in that to me it just tastes like unflavored base with a touch of menthol and a HINT of something else that I've never been able to isolate. Whatever it is, it reacts with the nic overtime to turn pinkish. I tried to clone malibu with a mix of patriot range nport and pina coolada and it was in the ballpark, but not quite right. Malibu just tastes like halo menthol with coconut to me, used to love that stuff!

Well I finally mixed some up a few min ago. I did 15 ml, 24 mg, all vg, 9% ry4 double, 3 drops AP. Gave the bottle a nice hot bath and blended with a mini mixer. The head of the mixer fits inside the 15 ml bottles. Smells pretty good! I have no idea what TriBeCa tastes like so I won't be able to compare it to anything.
Yes, very good input Cyrus! I'm trying it right now and really like it and it hasn't even been 24 hours. I'm gonna try to let it sit for 2-3 days before I go back to it. I was going to try and hold off on it today but couldn't help myself. This AP does seem to add a little something. I've tried RY4 double before and thought it was good but it's totally different with the AP, it wouldnt have thought the AP could have changed it that much.

Where do you buy the RY4 and AP? Can you give me a direct link? Also how much pg/vg on liquid? (70/30?) Is there any else ingredient?

Ah good old prime. I sent the last of my TW prime clone to kemosabe along with some trimethyl pryazine, which I think is probably the dominant/magic ingredient in that juice and many other 555s; maybe he's broken some ground here.
. I loved Prime at first but got burnt out on it really quick so I wasn't as motivated to pursue that one further. But at the time I had a strong feeling that trimethyl was it.
Maybe it's one of the other pyrazines, e.g. Tetramethyl. Not sure. I wonder if Linda at TPA would be good enough to give a bottle of Prime a whiff and give her opinion I'm guessing analyzing it for components maybe a bit too far lol
