tobacco Americanno is the same and you can get 30mg if you want. I use the higher nice in my eRoll. I was lucky and got some of the concentrates from a member here. The only way I see them becoming available again is if the FDA stops allowing mail-order nicotine.

Right, you CAN get it pre-mixed, but I was under the impression this thread was for recipes that match the Halo liquids.

Tribeca was said to be

VZ hangsen RY4 6%

With the TW Tobacco Americano, I did it at about 17% w/ a few drops of EM added. A 5ml of the flavoring was the perfect amount for doing a 30ml bottle, from what I recall.

I may have a bottle (possibly two!!) laying around. Anybody know where we can get it syntesized and sold in gallon drums? :vapor:

The perfumers apprentace does special requests.

Perfumer's Apprentice

I would imagine you should send it in a non discript bottle and mention nothing about it being Halo:D

You know, I emailed then about the possibility of getting it reproduced, but never got a response. Might have to actually put in some effort this time.

For what it's worth:
I'm a huge fan of Torque and admit that even though I've been DIY'ing my own juice for some time that I still love Torque and have come close to reproducing it but not ready to post anything yet, other than to say that I still buy Torque from Halo and I am able to stretch out a bottle pretty far by adding 2ml of Torque to 28ml of 70/30 base with a few drops of EM and a few drops of Vape Wizard. In my opinion it tastes just like Torque at full strength and yet a single bottle will go much further.

Hope this helps out a little.

Its worth noting that Cisco's Americana Tobacco is the same as Torque. He isn't mixing it in house though, just selling it mixed.

I'm sure there are a million different ways to steep and everyone has their favorite, but I really don't like waiting for days or weeks for the flavor to pop. I have a method that I use that seems to work great for me and I will openly admit that time really is the best way, but for a quick steeping process that gets me where I want in a much shorter period of time I do this: Small bowl of water in the Microwave until it is just about to boil but not. Put my juice bottle in the water bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes. I move the bottle straight to the freezer for 20 minutes. I repeat this 3 times and make sure to really shake or stir the juice after each hot or cold cycle. After the third time of doing this I can really taste the difference. Keep in mind that I usually mix my batches in squeeze bottles or heavy duty glass. If you use glass be careful that you don't let it crack or break due to the quick temp change. It's never happened to me but just being safe. Also, Like I said, in my opinion the BEST thing for steeping is time and with some juices a lot of it.

I'm bringing this forward to add some important findings regarding this "clone". I have a couple friends who vape nothing but Prime 15. I came across this thread and told them I would make them some clone samples to try. The sample I made using this recipe is very close, according to them, but it lacked something. They gave me some Prime to take home so I could do scent and taste comparisons. What I found was this: Prime 15 (as well as many other Halo juices) has a very distinct "musty" note which is not only detectable on the palate, but tends to linger in the air. This is why many critics of Halo juice say it tastes like "gym socks". The clone recipe above does not have that signature mustiness. Another very important flavor note in Prime 15 is that of cocoa. It is very noticeable when comparing it to the clone. My final analysis of the clone recipe above is that it is very close, but lacks the cocoa and musty quality of the true Prime 15. Well I have some good news. In my research of the flavor molecules which enhance tobaccos, I came across two; Tetramethylpyrazine and Trimethyl Pyrazine. The description for each was similar, but what struck me was they both had the words "musty" and "cocoa" in the descriptions. I bought them both. Upon receipt, I opened each bottle and took a whiff. The Tetramethylpyrazine was musty and a little chocolaty with a dry coffee hint. It did remind me of Halo. I started to get excited. Then I opened the Trimethyl Pyrazine. My first reaction was "OMG, this is totally Prime 15". The smell from the vial (although 1000 times stronger) is exactly the same mustiness and cocoa which is so distinct in Prime 15. I am 100% certain that Trimethyl Pyrazine is the missing link to this recipe. I don't know if Acetyl Pyrazine is necessary, so I will make batches both with and without AP. I haven't made a batch yet and will post my percentages when I do. I just thought I should add this in this thread.

I don't even like Halo juice and personally enjoy the dannyv45 clone better as it has all the nuttiness without the gym socks. If, however, you are looking for an exact clone of the original Prime 15, the use of Trimethyl Pyrazine will get you much closer to the real thing.

This right here.....
Thanks xfooyen. I've heard/been told that trimethyl is the fajizzit.
I'm on my way to order some right now.
I love the gym socky aspect of prime....
Thanks again buddy.....you made my day.

Update on the Prime 15: I made two batches so far. Each used 6-7% Hangsen T5. The first batch used one drop Acetyl Pyrazine (AP) (from a standard glass dropper found on many 30ml juice bottles) and two drops Trimethyl Pyrazine (TMP). The second batch used no AP and three drops TMP. Now, to be fair, I don't have any Prime 15 to vape, only a few drops in a vial to smell. I can confirm that TMP is most definitely the additive used in Prime. The batch which contains both AP and TMP is exactly like Prime. The batch with TMP alone is super close, but is missing some fullness and nuttiness. The Prime smells stronger. That could be due to age, higher flavor concentration, different PG/VG ratio, or a combination of all three. I mix at 50PG/50VG. I wish I were a Prime 15 fan because I'd be doing cartwheels right now. It is spot on. I may tweak quantities in the future but for now

The recipe in percentages is:

6.0-7.0% Hangsen T5 Tobacco
1% Acetyl Pyrazine (exact 0.8%)
2.0% Trimethyl Pyrazine (exact 1.6%)

In drops using a glass bottle dropper (24 drops=1ml)
For a 5ml sample:

8 drops T5 Tobacco
1 drop AP
2 drops TMP

I used no sweetener or EM. Prime 15 is actually a rather dry flavor and any perceived sweetness comes from the tobacco base.

Well done!
Even when the state express 555 was still available from TW, it still needed TMP. I still have some SE555 Flavoring and TMP and I've always considered this as close to prime as you can get. I personally can't tell the difference. I'm thinking that the Se555 has AP in it but maybe not. Ill get some to make my clone that much more like prime15. Thanks!

Excellent research and your description of the missing element is spot on. I'm ordering TMP as I type. Well done.

Also are you intentionally cutting back the AP to 0.5% from my original receipe of 1% or was that a typo. I want to follow your reciepe and I'm just double checking.
