Right behind you...
Please to forgive if this has already been posted, did a search of the entire VV APV forum and didn't see it mentioned yet.

New skinny hana modz dna 40 box, uses an 18650, is a bit on the tall side at 97mm, looks pretty nice but still uses screws for the battery door.

MSRP of $250.

Compared to the new 4Vd "double" on the left and the OG enclosure on the right:

I think it was easier to produce given you have more space to work in the original box. Another worry might have been heat dissipation. Obviously the market is pushing for more compact form factors and, by pushing that envelope, Hana is obviously trying to stay abreast of Chinese offerings by offering more perceived value. Time for the early adapters to buy up and review away!

Add a magnetic battery cover and I might be in, that and get the price point down $60.............. oh wait, I've already got a couple of those!

What does this offer that the VS rDNA40 doesn't. Not flaming, just asking. No battery but longer warranty and small screen. It's a little smaller and I guess it will sell to those that already like hana modz devices.

I looked at the new skinny device, but I still prefer my Packs and V4d dual dna 40 Hana Modz. The size fits perfectly in my hand and the base is wide enough to make it stable while it’s sitting on my counter.
Thinner and taller is not better in my opinion. But it is smaller, so I am sure it will appeal to a lot of people.

Now $199 - was about to buy one, but then remembered the screws  Don't understand their reticence in using magnets. Don't feel like buying an authentic, then taking it onto the mill and risk screwing it up.

 Apperaently I'm one of the last to pay $250 for one of these. My V3 DNA40 came in this morning

Could have bought it today for $179
