Not 2-tone ... sort of goes from black to bronze as the light hits it differently .... like when you walk past the cars .... They called it flip-flop, but I'm not sure of the official name.

Your not hijacking as long as you do not come on and try to sell another vendors tank it is all good! For that matter I don't mind discussion about other tanks.. I have other tanks I like and ones I don't.

But you know when we get the drip tips going I am going to have to make you one that matches the tank exactly

I hate the way the photos of your gold tank brought out blues that aren't really there unless you hold it under 20,000 wats of lighting.

As for the VVPV, VanZilla, you are going to have to give me a very detailed review. I am on the pre-order list, actually one of the first, but I am thinking of passing for now. I don't know if I will like a boxy mod, it took me forever to try a big tube mod and I don't know if I could adjust any further. I have not ruled it out totally, but I'm putting more thought in before I buy one.

Well then it is great because we started making them several days ago...

Now what will really be great is when we get through the prototype stage and make one that works well and come up with a process that we can duplicate to make them so they work consistently every time!

I was sitting on the fence about the VVPV but for another reason, I don't have any worries about the shape (it's supposedly about the size of a pack of cards) for me the concern was will I like the Top Dripping aspect.

But I figured, what da hell !

Get good pictures? I haven't gotten a good picture of the glass yet. I am a fairly accomplished photographer, people even pay me to take product shots now and again... but the glass is kicking me in the bum!! My photo studio is fairly bright, but no where near 20K. I've tried the glass with lights on, bright lights on. Flash, no flash, in the dark, outside in day light and no matter what I do the camera picks up colors that are not there or only there in extreme lighting situation... I'll get it down one day!

I should have more sometime between Monday and Wednesday. I was hoping for Monday, but with school closed for MLK day and the computer being built in my photo area, don't know if I will be able to get the finished ones on the site by then.

Yeah, that's gotta be frustrating ... but .. it's also one of the things that are so cool about these tanks, the colors keep changing with the lighting.

At my house, in "everyday" inside light the tank looks alot more coppery-gold, but we don't see the sun much in Washington. LOL

Shape was not my only concern... I was worried about the top feeding as well! But when I was told in June that it was about the size of a deck of cards, I actually grabbed a deck of cards and held it like I was going to vape it .... it just didn't feel right. But heck, I am a fan of everything Mike makes, so I suppose I will try it at some point. I have a balck BP, a purple BP, 2 woody bp's and and purple IP. Not to mention a few m1a1's... so really in the grand scheme what is another VV mod from notcigs goingt o hurt.

What I am really hoping is, he needs me to take photos. Then I can handle one for a bit when he sends them to be photographed and really get an idea if I want to buy one. That is how I ended up with my iPro. He sent four and only three went back
