happend again at mad vapes

I ordered from them 2 times and my order keeps shipping somewhere else, then back to them. Anyone know how I fix this?? It's showing up as the right address in my profile and they said it prints right when I order but it goes to wrong place.. Help!!!

Crappy USPS.......make sure you have your extended 4 digit zip maybe? If it gets to YOUR local post office it should be delivered to you.....

This may sound off the wall. Place a hold on your mail at about the time your package should be delivered. The post office should keep it then all you have to do is go in and pick your mail up. I would suggest a 3 day hold. Just tell them on each day to continue to hold it or not. I had to do this once with an online order. A PITA but it worked.

That will work if it's getting to the right PO to begin with. I would go to the PO that your mail comes out of and find out from them if there is anything you can do. It is most likely some quirk in street or city naming that is causing the problem. When I lived in Las Vegas NM we had problems with much our mail making it's way through the more famous Las Vegas before it came to us. (Interesting side note. Las Vegas NM was the sin city of the west before the one in Nevada. )

some how it's going to the wrong town and I changed my address on my profile, I asked them to see if they caqn change it on there end hope it works. If not will just have to have Ron sign up an account or get my friend to order from them for me.

Has your zip changed recently? We had problems for about a year after ours changed. Even now.. 5 hrs later, some sites still log us incorrectly.

No same zip, you know how they have the ddrop down menu? Well they didn't have my town, so I choose one then typed my town in and that's what's printing wrong on there end. On my end everything looks right as far as my address goes. The bad thing is I ordered those carts for my moms friend from there and told her I'd be down today with therm
