That is is Fran and thank you for aiming my chin back in the upward position! I try to keep it there, but some days it gets a little heavy LOL
Finished season 2 of Supernatural and the first disc of season 3. I believe it getting better. Definatly a watchable show.
I think my next marathon is going to be the 10 episode mini series Band of Brothers. I stumbled into an episode last night and it was good...but I don't know which episode it was LOL. The last one I think. Band of Brothers (TV mini-series 2001) - IMDb
Now your talkin' my language. I've prolly watched all ten episodes at least 50 times. I have them stored permanently on my hard drive --those and the follow up series "The Pacific".
Band of Brothers follows the Army through Europe and the characters are easier to "like". The Pacific is definitely more graphic as it deals with the Marines fighting in the Pacific Islands.
Oh yes Fran, in both series there are tons of action. In fact, in The Pacific, sometimes it's over the top. I caught myself saying a bunch of times, "Could that have really happened?"
I would suggest watching Band of Brothers first, plenty of action, but also gets into the characters more. Besides, the war in Europe was more of a "romantic" war, if I can use that term.
Now I'm confused Bov. Which one?

Band of Brothers Fran, it's a 10 episode mini series. After that I'll probably watch Pacific as Kempo suggested 
Wow, I'm not good at describing TV shows, just watching them....
It starts off basically about two brothers, both Vampires who are like 400+ years old, they come back to the town they grew up in and meet a girl who looks exactly like the girl who they were fighting over 400 years ago who turned them into a Vampire.
Basically your basic vampire stuff, good ones and bad ones, a few witches and eventually some original vampires and weer wolfs and a bunch of surrounding drama!
