Maple syrupy sounds much more like my cup o'tea than cedar (Freedom) so I might look at this one.

It's funny how so many people taste the same liquids differently. It does make for good trades tho!! 
.. To me the Harley tastes VERY strong, almost like an unfiltered cig. With a slight "nuttiness" to it. I don't care much for it as it is. I mix it with a little ry4 and it mellows it out more to my liking. I vaped Harley exclusively for a week until I got the Freedom. I'm now on my 3rd bottle of that. Can't put it down.

As I mentioned in another thread, I am really loving the Smooth 8. But it definitely sounds like Harley 56 could be a welcome addition to my flavor rotation. I would love to find a really good tasting, flavorful, tobacco flavor. With all the flavor juices (non-nic stuff) I have coming, I could easily cut the Harley if I needed too. But, from what I have read...it doesn't sound like I will need too. As soon as the 24mg is back in stock, my order will be submitted...with bells on it. And a sadly little puppy face that's captioned "please hurry".
And darn it, Freedom was not for me. When will sample sizes be available, if ever ? I'd like to try some of the other Halo juices. The vapor clouds can't be beat !
Got my order today of Harley 56 & Newport. I got a free 5ml sampler of Menthol ICE & a 10ml sampler of Smooth 8.
Firstly the bottles look awesome!
So far have only tried the H 56 (18mg)....... Heaps of vapour way more than the Dekang liquids I usually use. Throat hit is excellent and the flavour is the closest thing I have found so far to an analog. Very impressedat this stage. At the moment I'm at work and have only been using the juice in my Joye 510 (which have a reputation for slighlty killing flavour) when I get home I'll try it in my GG with a 901 atty which should bring out the true flavour.
Overal,l very impressed and feel alot safer using a liquid made by a company wich prides itself on quality control and pure ingredients.

Just wanted to update my previous thoughts... Marlboro Snus has just been made available in my area and I would say the "Rich" flavor is VERY close to Harley 56. So maybe I am confusing "Tobacco" flavor with "Cigarette" flavor since I was a cigarette smoker for 20 years.
...either way Halo is good stuff but I still prefer Freedom over Harley.

I thought I LOVED Harley56 until I just recently tried Bella Vanilla (traded for a few mg's) - now I REALLY LOVE Bella Vanilla. The name is quite a misnomer IMO, because I don't even taste vanilla at all. To me, it tastes more like tobacco (cigar) than Harley does.
If Harley wasn't for you, Bella Vanilla may be just what you were looking for. Don't let the name put you off, it's really not sweet or vanilla. To me. Yet. lol

It tastes really weird. I can taste 3 things and all are so very sutle/slight or barely there.
1: burnt plastic bag
2: menthol
3: caramel
Could i have gotten a bad batch

dude I got it in 6mg and I am tasting the same thing. There must have been a bad batch.
I emailed the owner. he is Johnny Blaze on here. You can find him in the suppliers section. He said that it might take a day or two for the flavor to adjust. I'm gonna give it a week until I make my final judgement...but I am tasting te same thing as you. I tried new attys, used attys, lr attys, regular attys, cartomizers. it still has a really weird taste.

Also, shaking the bottle up and aerating it helped get rid of the fumy alcohol chemical taste. It's still not the tobacco flavor that the description implies...but it's not as bad as my first impression of it.
I'm thinking it might be a bad batch at 6mg though...because I find it hard to believe people would rave as much about the flavor I'm getting.
who knows though...everybody is different.
Taste buds vary, but i really don't think it's us this time.

Yeah I would email johnny blaze so that he knows and maybe he can look into.
It's entirely possible that a batch was mixed wrong and since we have a lower nic than most people seem to rave about, no one has noticed yet.
I received my Freedom, Torque, and Trupure on Saturday (two days ago) and I have to admit I was initially somewhat disappointed, but I had heard enough about this stuff to know that it certainly warranted time for consideration. Initially, i just tasted some strange chemical flavor that I REALLY hoped would settle and disappear somehow.
Well, either it settled or my tastebuds have adapted. Honestly, I really think it must have settled because it was very pronounced and unpleasant. Now, both the Freedom and the Torque are absolutely phenomenal. Each is easily a new favorite. They absolutely provide what I have been missing and searching for in a juice. Don't get me wrong, I still love all of my other juices, but this stuff provides what I need in a daily craving kind of vape. I don't know how else to describe it. It is what I hoped it would be and it lives up to the hipe for me fully as of now. I think that it may still improve even more, but only time will tell.
I hope that some who were initially disappointed have this experience as well. Of course some will simply not take to it, but I would advise giving it some time.
I cant really say yet about the Trupure because I have been busy with the Torque and Freedom. I need to revisit the Trupure and see if it has settled or matured.
I should also mention that I have been shaking the hell out of this stuff and that may have helped, but who knows?

yeah I shook it and it makes it better...but it still hasn't lived up to the hype for me.
I'm gonna give it to the weekend though.

How's the vapor and throat hit at 6 mg? Just curious. I was thinking of ordering 6mg to mix with my 12 mg. I couldn't tolerate Torque's flavor at first. It was very strong. But as the legend goes...next day, it's great and I can't get enough of this stuff. The flavor settles and taste buds do adjust to this stuff.
