Has anybody tried the blank coolcarts lately ?

has anybody ordered some lately ? i was just looking at the latest reviews on the site and noticed people were recently experiencing the chemical polyfill taste which has happened in batches before not just with v4l, and i hope i never get it again, it really makes the cartos taste awful.

any of the v4l staff checked the latest batches ? i usually buy a whole bunch at a time and i'm gonna be gutted if i end up with duds ! thanks !

I ordered ones a few weeks ago, no issues out of them so far (been using a light blue cool carto with smilin)...

Been vaping out of at least 5 packs of cool carts and 2 packs of WOW blank cartos and not had this at all.
Like all V4L products they stand behind them so how can you lose?
Have only had one actual dud out of about 30 packs of blanks & that ain't bad in my book.

I've had one dud of any type of cartos since I went with V4L... It was a prefilled wowboy peppermint that had a burned taste after 3 puffs... That's it..

That's intriguing, can you let me know where you saw these reviews? I've never heard of anyone talking about chemical polyfill after taste before. Thanks

I vape CoolCart blanks constantly, all colors, and I have not experienced that issue.

just saw some recent reviews on the coolcarts page mentioning it and wanted to make sure next time i order a load i dont get any of the bad ones, i know you'd make it right anyway, but you know what i mean, just keeps things simple

Firefly13....your nick is so familiar I know I've read your posts somewhere. After hitting your profile I remember now, it was a thread in the General. You were having with a back and forth with a regular poster in here MsOceanCity. You were pretty insistent that Cool Cartos changed and were the same size as Wow Cartos. I thought at the time....hmmm that's strange, no they're not.

Anyways I digress....so where are these reviews, because I've used more Cool Cartos than I could ever count and never had that issue. As a matter of fact now that I think about it I've never even heard of that as an issue?

You mean the 1 sole review out of 4 pages: "Just picked these up, all duds. Fill em up, get the nasty poly taste when you pull. Not sure what's up there..."

If they're all Duds, how would it even be possible to get any taste, let alone a nasty poly taste?

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in 1 review out of 4 pages that on the surface doesn't make any sense anyways. I'd go ahead and order without hesitation.

All i use now is the V4L coolcarts / higher resistance Boge cartos at 6v, and i've experienced the nasty filler taste before on an entire batch (not from v4l) so i know what it tastes like, and it really ruins the taste, that's why i was being cautious, that's all. It wasn't the 'dud' thing at all, that doesn't happen very often for me. But if the v4l guys use them all day long then i'm not worried about it.

I hear it I run a vari mod myself so I totally understand, Cool Cartos are great for mods and since their a little longer than Wows they hold a little more juice which is always an added bonus. As for the "dud" thing, you know how it is on the forums, there is a lot of bad information out there. It just that 1 review doesn't make sense, how can you get any taste if all the cartos were duds? I am a stalwart user of the CoolCart blanks myself.....and haven't had this problem at all.
Even at 6V ....one cart lasts me almost a week. I still think it's the best cart on the market!

Ok, so I'm biased... I stand by it.

When i say i use both i mean i get the higher resistance 808 Boge ones from them too as my friend works there, which are the same as the coolcarts except for the hole on the bottom drilled a bit differently, and the coolcarts tend to like the center pin on my GG's a bit more, also with the awesome sales V4L put on them sometimes it really doesn't cost that much more to just buy them from here instead of messing with China and the expensive shipping. I should just be doing the right thing logically by using 510 cartomizers on all my mods, but theres just something about the draw and the good vape i get out of the coolcarts at 6v that really tickles my pickle They really are the best cartos for HV to me !!

yes he means it lasts a week of refilling. that's about what I get too! some people even go further and clean em out and use em again. Im not that picky lol. Ill use a cart till it stops tasting good and vaping right. then I toss it and fill up a new one!

Lol...Yes, I am refilling that one cart....topping off every 3 hours or so. The trick is to never let them get dry.

I order around five packs a month, refill them constantly (2.5-3ml/day), and haven't experienced anything like that. I had one bad one in the last order. It had a cold solder joint. Other than that - no issues. I'll be reordering in two weeks.

I buy both Wow and Cool Cart blanks, never had an issue. I have to boxes coming probably tomorrow, maybe I'll get lucky and get them today Oh, one slight cool but odd thing, the Wow Red blanks say Reb. Makes me feel like a rebel lol

I use cool carts and refill very often. I seem to get about 20 - 30 refills out of each one before vapor production starts to drop considerably. I like the Wow carts, but can only get about 10 - 15 refills out of them.
