I'm in Seattle and while I don't go out every night I usually find myself in some pretty crowded spots during my commute or those couple of times I do go out in a week. Yet strangely I have not encountered another person using a PV.
Has anyone bumped into someone else using a PV?

No, only ones I see are the ones I converted or folks from here when we have a meetup. Then again, I don't get out much, lol.

Yes, one person (that I didn't convert), in Redmond WA actually, she was vaping on a Smoke Stick. Her husband also has one, but was smoking at the time.
None here in Wisconsin. I don't do the "night life" much either, But when I am out and about... I've never seen another user yet.

I've had a few people know what they are, but theyre still smoking analogs. One even said, "I heard they were more dangerous than cigarettes". I gave her the real scoop on it. As for encountering others - I encountered two people at the Wisconsin State Fair who owned ecigs. The only other one I've seen in use in the wild was one fellow at the Houston Rodeo in 2008.
I ran into a guy at a party right after placing an order for my first e-cig. I saw the "E-cigarette Choose healthy life" box and asked whose it was - he let me try out the ecig and it made me even more anxious waiting for the order to arrive 
Only the two that I've introduced to the product but they have also shared with their families and friends. One step at a time. Cheers.

Same here, I go back and forth from Mass. to RI and I've never seen another vaper that I didn't introduce to vaping.
I read somewhere (maybe on here) that there's approximately one million e-smokers in the U.S. (or maybe world wide), so I guess statistically, the chances of running into another vaper are slim.

Same here....The only people I have seen are the ones I've converted. Even still, most of them are smoking again. I'm goin on 3 and a half months now. The only times I've even tried to smoke were more for the novelty of seeing how bad it tastes now. I tend to see that the people I introduce to the e-cig, don't jump on the bandwagon right away, because they are initially a bit weary about the whole experience
Only once, on the train. some guy was vaping a Gamucci Disposable. I then whipped out my 510 with 15% cut with VG and just made him look like a fool. haha
I ran into a girl I did not know at a party last week who was using a 901 with peach juice. I had my 510 with menthol at the time. She let me try the peach flavor and it was good. It was nice to try a flavor and not have to buy it to try it.

I've stumbled into one other person, and that was at Summerfest. That's been it so far.
No haven't seen anyone yet but, I was coming from the ballpark the other night and a group of people were talking about this NEW thing call E-Cigs and how it gives you the nictone hit without the other stuff. I felt like turning around and joining the discussion but I thought well I might of looked pretty silly joining into a private conversation.
My wife works with someone who is an e smoker and I had a coworker tell me that someone came into work smoking an e cig once.
