I place an order with e-liquid.cn (they also have E-Cigfair which is the same company) I ordered a 1 liter of 555 36mg and .5 liter 555 0mg. I must say the shipping was very fast however when I tried the big bottle it tasted just like vanilla I had ordered along time ago from another company (which has the same brand of liquid). I sent several emails to various different email addresses they had listed and finally got a response. Basically they said they checked and my order was filled and shipped. Ironically the big bottle and little bottle taste totally different. I sent them another email requesting them to send a replacement bottle. I am waiting on a response but I was wondering if anyone else had ever ordered from them and if they have had a problem?

Quick update on the progress of the order. After almost 2 weeks of emails back and forth, and a whole gaggle of excuses, there's finally been some progress.

The first hurdle was convincing them that they'd made a mistake. A picture of what we ordered from Central Trade (same distributor) last year standing next to what they shipped finally conviced them. Then they claimed that they "improved" their 555 flavor. Maybe it's different in China, but if you significantly change the flavor of something .. it becomes a different product regardless of the label you slap on it.

We were able to get e-liquid.cn to agree to ship a replacement (what we originally ordered) for the cost of shipping only. They're also supposed to send a picture of the item prior to shipping. We'll see what happens.

If you're willing to take a risk and potentially deal with a LOT of headache to save some money go for it. My advice is to use Paypal funded by either MasterCard or VISA, so that you can dispute it with your CC if you don't get what you ordered. (Hint, google says that Discover and AMEX won't dispute Paypal transactions)

Oh, and add microcig.com to that long list of aliases as well.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Ordered the new ceramic e2 cartomizers and 100ml eliquid, waited about a month and finally got an email that said they had shipped the order. Checked the tracking after package was released from customs and noticed the Post Office was trying to deliver package in Jamaca NY (The address on the order was in Florida). Contacted the P.O. and was told address error had to be fixed by the seller. Contacted Linda and all I got was, we shipped it, not our problem. Do not buy anything from e-liquid.cn, microcig.com, or royalsmokers.com (same company, numerous alias).

Matinez who I guess is the big-wig at the company got very upset when I fileda dispute through paypal. I guess he thinks he can crap on people and they're supposed to say thank you.

Be very careful ordering anything made by them as well, especially the ceramic cartomizers there is no return without you having to pay the shipping back to China and then they will "fix" the problem with your next order.

Update #2

Okay, here we are a month later, still no replacement liquid. They DID take my re-ship money, they did send me a pic of liquid that had a more "familiar" color. They claim they tried to ship it out once already and EMS returned it back to them (according to EMS the tracking number they gave me never left China). They claim they've re-shipped the order, but after a week the EMS number still says "no such number". They've got one more day before I dispute this with my CC. I'm not going to bother with Paypal, they charge a "fee" .. my CC doesn't.

Macromny: They tried to use that tactic with me as well. I kept restating that I was not going to order from them again. Then they whined that the shipping was too expensive, and I threw it back on them saying that if they'd gotten the order right in the first place no-one would be having to pay shipping twice. I also refused to ship the defective item back until I "accepted" the replacement item. It took almost two weeks of emails to get them to agree to sending it if I paid for shipping from China.

I'll post a final update when this all comes to conclusion.

Based on what I've seen in this and other forums, I'm going to speculate based on a few known facts.

1. This distributor/manufacturer uses a variety of aliased websites to sell their products.
2. They consistently send the wrong items, and say they will correct the item on the next order.
3. They use delay tactics to make people frustrated enough to give up their money.
4. They claim that the product they send is an "improvement" of some kind over the product ordered.
5. Tx and I order directly from China on a fairly regular basis and have never had this kind of experience.

Here is my theory:
These manufacturers use individual buy websites to dump their returned wholesale products on unsuspecting customers in order to recoup the cost of their wholesale mistakes. The consistent level of incompetence is so extreme that it cannot be accidental. It's classic bait and switch, but because they are in China they get away with it.

After 60+ days, another payment to cover shipping, 3 fake tracking numbers, and numerous excuses of "it's EMS not US" I give up. I am disputing the charges on my Credit Card, and will not bother with PayPal.

Just for my curiosity, I never disputed charges with credit card, is 60+ days still good to get back your money back with your credit card, isn't there like a 30 days refund?

Zurd, I think it depends on your card. I've got a string of emails proving that I've been trying to resolve this for 2 months, and I said as much. All you can do is call CC and try, mine didn't give me any hassle over it. The investigation is not complete yet, but I don't suspect I'll have any trouble.

I ordered 60 C-E2 R4 XL 510 Steel cartos from e-liquid.cn back before they increased their MOQ to 100 cartos. 5 days later I received email notice order had been shipped. 5 days after that I received another email saying the shipment had been returned to them due to my address not being complete. And that I needed to send them my correct address and I would have to pay to have the order reshipped to me. I went back to their website, checked my address on file, copied that page, pasted it into my reply email back to them, stating that my address on file with them was my correct address. And that whomever put my address on the package got it wrong. Then I contacted Martinez via email and ask for his help in solving my shipment problem. He replied, got involved, sent reply email that they would reship my order at company expense. So, my experience. . .so far. . .is that they respond as well as any US company I've dealt with. I haven't received my shipment yet, so, reserving opinion on if I get the product I ordered and in good shape. Should get it Monday, will post again with the conclusion to this story.

Cheers,
otpru

EDIT:

OK, I picked up the shipment from e-liquid.cn early this noon. Package sorta looks like they played "warehouse hockey" with it somewhere along the way. Anyway, I got what I ordered, and the correct quantity. If there's any DOA's I won't know it until I happen across them at some future date. Damned if I'm gonna take each one out of it's cellophane pouch and test them all. Same thing if I've got "bad threads" issue with any. If they were just all in one big baggy, loose pack. I would probably test each one in that instance. But, the way they're packaged it makes it sort of impractical. In a nutshell, I'm satisfied with this transaction at this point and would order again from this company. JMHO

Cheers,
otrpu
