I'm an idiot. I ordered 300ml and managed to get it without it being opened by customs. I was so happy I didn't notice until now that the 5 plastic bottles were too small to hold amount I expected. Turns out I only received 100ml of the 300ml order.

I had to write an email to David and now I have to do the whole damn holding my breath until it gets through customs thing again.

Mace, Mine also says the same thing at EMS but when I checked with USPS it says it was released.

Don't pay much attention to what it says on USPS tracking. My order from the UK said it was still in New York when the mail man was knocking on my door delivering it in Las Vegas.

I have a package in customs in NY...It has been there since Thursday afternoon...Its not uncommon for it to sit 3-5 days in New York...For some reason it seems they release them in the early am on days they are released...David has been available constantly to respond to my concerns,in fact he upped my order an extra 100 ml cause he was backed up on orders last week..He seems like a real nice guy...He has skype and answers most all the time. even at weird hours (12 Hour time difference in China)

Can anyone tell me what it means if package has been passed off to US postal service, and USPS tracking says "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." Does this mean it's gone through US customs yet? Or do I still have a long wait? This is coming from TW in the UK.

I'm still waiting on my order from Ruyan...it's sitting around in Shanghia, whatever that means. I haven't been waiting very long. But for some reason it seems like an eternity. I still don't have any E-juice! lol
