Has Bobas taste changed?

Bman, I'm afraid you're right. I got my new 30 ml of BB's in the mail today and it just tastes like plastic, chemically or whatever it didn't taste like when it first came out. It tastes exactly like the 100 ml bottle I ordered a few months ago, so I'm pretty sure I didn't just get a bad patch.

What a shame, I loved their customer support and super fast shipping, but I just can't vape this anymore :-(

Very sad indeed. I have to stop vapin' this last 30 mils of the good stuff or I'll be in the same place I was 2 years ago when they stopped makin' Raf-A-Licious.

My friend and I used to comment that Boba's kind of tasted like a bran muffin (in a good way). I also remember how thick the clouds would be when vaping on the old stuff. Now it smells like my wife's nail polish remover or perhaps those old plastic balloon thingies?

Just to clarify we have not changed our ingredients in any of our e-juices. I am sorry to hear that Boba's Bounty tastes off to some of you guys! We brought it to Ben's attention and he tried it and he didn't taste anything wrong with it. Our customers satisfaction is important to us, so if you guys ever have any issues with your e-juices please contact us within 14 days of the e-juices being shipped and we can gladly assist you with any concerns.

Thanks Wookie1. Please don't misunderstand. The customer service at AVE has never been in question. AVE continually proves to be top notch in customer service but honestly the flavor does definitely taste different to a lot of us. If not due to a recipe change how about a process change at either AVE or your flavor suppliers?

If I had an old bottle of Boba's I could take a picture and just show the color difference. I don't unfortunately, but it's like night and day. Your customer service was never in question. Just the quality of the juice.

Hopefully the taste will get better for you guys!

I totally agree with everyone else. I have been vaping Bobas for years, and havent had a bottle in over a year that tasted right. Each time I order it seems to be a bit different in one way or another, and I order often usually 60mls at a time. At one point it seemed the juice lost it's flavor entirely after a few weeks. I will never forget how good it was, and I chased after that flavor for the past year never seeming to get it. I havent experienced the "OMG thats delicious" sensation in far too long, and thats how every hit used to be. I have always been a dripper so I know it is not due to the change in method, it is just not the same juice. It is still a good juice, and I do still prefer it over 99% of the other juices out there, but it's just not the same.

I'm completely out of BB and GJ and hearing all over the viscosity and flavor of both are off. Anyone tried GJ lately and has it improved???? I'm having GJ withdraw right now

Just a thought and it may have been discussed before. If nothing has changed with the e-liquid, what has ? I remember awhile back before trying boba's or GJ that they used to come in Green bottles. Is it possible ?

So I just got a 100ml bottle of BB in the mail yesterday and this stuff tastes great. I just don't get it. It's not quite 100% what the old stuff was but pretty damn close. My prior bottles had a strong plasticy, vinegary, overwhelming strong throat hit to it. This one is nicely balanced with no plastic flavor at all. It's bottles like this that keeps me coming back for more. I wonder if I could send back a ml of this bottle and ask them to make all my bottles like this?

I too want to express my sincerest gratitude towards the Aliens E-Juice team. I've had email communications always answered in a super fast, very courteous, and professional manner. I also believe they have the fastest shipping in the industry IMHO!

And despite my 100ml order tasting terrible (btw, Aliens offered to help out if orders taste off), and now that my latest order of a 30ml bottle of BB's has been steeping and sitting for about 2 weeks I'm going to try it in a Magma dripping atty at 1.3 ohms with organic cotton. I never liked sub-ohming BB's, so hopefully this atty will help bring more of the great flavor we are so used to out again.

Hi Pete, please let me know how it turns out. I just started using atty because of my latest order as well but not that great I steeped for about a week.

Vaping the last of the wife's stash. 3 mils left. she took 15mils to SA hope she don't use it all. I don't understand how my goto juice joint does not see a problem with this. I mean it's so obvious the stuff don't taste right. I've found some pretty tasty NETs but damn where da bobas? I bought a bunch of Leo dripper pros n a spiral and make some sweet coils n wicks but without that signature flavor i'm gonna be lost.
