I've seen the naysayers out there and it really does seem like they're people that have never used a Provari. People talking about the "clunky" menu system (OMG so much button pressing!), and talking down the price, etc. Haven't heard any of those complaints from the people that actually have one.

Also, there's probably some jealousy that comes into play too.. :)

I am ready to order the mini myself. Could you "fanboys" tell me what is the number one reason why it's so great? Reason I ask this question is because it seems to me in all of my 3 years of vaping that it's all about the carto / ato in terms of performance. Let em rip!....

I have not received my provari yet, but from everything i have read here is a list of the things that makes the device so good (i might miss some but i think i got most of them)..

The product is built to last, its heavy, stainless steel and as has been described in other threads/reviews its built like a "tank". It has a very simple, but innovative menu system that allows you to easily change settings, check ohms, battery life, and other features, the 1 button design also helps keep you from accidently changing your settings.

The Finish on the Provari is supposed to be very impressive.

One of the biggest things for me that sold me on the device was that when you set a voltage in the menu (between 2.9 volts and 6 volts allowing you to not only replicate every single pv's performance, but also go in .1 increments which only some variable voltage devices can do) the device not only sets the voltage to lets say 5.4 volts, but it makes sure that no matter what the battery life, or what kind of resistance you have on the provari that the volts while firing will be a constant 5.4 volts from the first hit you take till the last one on that battery life. This makes the provari amazing in that lets say your a 3.7v or 5v vaper and you get some carto's/atties that have strange resistances due to quality control, or whatever the case, you can change your voltage to make the carto preform the same way as what ohm your used to.

The Provari also has more safety features built into it than most devices i have ever heard of (there are a couple of other devices for vaping that have very very similiar safety features though).

Now to throw the icing on the cake, The Provari is made in the US, and Provape backs the provari and has a support team that litterally has no rivals, their support not only seems to care allot about the provari and that its working the way its supposed to, but they also seem to care about their customers (which in my opinion is a quality that has just about been completely lost in most cases in this country and other countries unfortunetly).

Do i think the provari is the end all best device out there? maybe, but i honestly can't say since i have not used them all, theres always new stuff being made and everything in this post other than the customer support stuff (Which really impressed me) i mentioned is based on consistant results from others who use the provari (since mine hasnt been delivered yet). But based on everything i just told you from my research before ordering my provari this is the device i wanted because its proven to last, works as intended and backed very very well by its supplier.

I agree, the atty / carto is ultimately responsible for the quality of the vape, but variations in production lead to attys / cartos with different resistances, and attributes.. Not to mention that every vaper, and every juice has a different "sweet spot"

The provari can hit any of 'em. (sweet spots)

You ask me the number one reason?

Completely adjustable
Useable info about atty / carto / battery
Bulletproof, with a SOLID track record of problem-free performance
Multiple easily attainable battery choices
Made in the USA
Incredible customer service.
Multiple layers of built-in battery, and atty / carto safety

Pick any one you like :vapor:

"Clunky menu system" is simply absurd. Once you get to know the menu (after using it for about 10 minutes) you can get what you need to do and set your settings how you want in about 6 seconds!
I'm so glad there's only one button for the menu, I dunno how it would look with multiple buttons and an "up" and "down" - it would be too much.

Agreed, I was just saying that's something I've seen others bring up.

Have both.

Expensive? Yes. No denying it.

Build quality. These things may look pretty but they are tough as nails. The heft, the feel, the performance all scream quality.

Menu. Got a mobile? If you can get to text messaging on your phone you can work this. I was initially put off but in context it isn't really tricky.

Battery life. I can vape the 18350 for 6 hours, 18490 for 7 - 8 hours at 5+ volts. Haven't conveniently got the end of the 18650. You know the vaped for a day and know it is going to die but have to go to work for 12 hours so change it.

Had them 2 weeks. Would I repeat the purchases?

Without hesitation.

That provape does not take trade-ins is botherssome in that my old pv's have little value, kinda like driving an old jalopy into a new dealership and getting laughed at.Have a heart provape at least offer to recycle our clutter so we do not clutter our homes and get a packrat intervention.Save the planet one obsolete pv at a time , you could make the old ones into a wall of monetary shame so others could be enlightened and find the way.Or just chuck em and send us stickers that says "we are green".
