Have a huge problem with S.I. T3 clearo

I've been viewing these forums for a while, but recent frustrations have convinced me to take the pluge and register to see if anyone else has been having this problem and found a fix.
As the title states, I'm having a huge problem with the T3 clearos from SI, it seems to vary, but when they get between 1.6 and 1.2mL they just start leaking like an old faucet from the bottom. I've tried with multiple tanks and heads and am having the issue with all of them. I haven't clogged any of the holes on the clearos and it's happening with multiple liquids. I probably waste about 1/4 of the bottle anymore just dripping into paper towels. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? I'm honestly getting frustrated enough to just dump my whole setup and start over with another brand.

I'm very new at this, but I purchased a couple of the T3s and swiftly retired them. I sounded like a scuba diver when using them, they gurgled so loudly. And they didn't really produce vapor, which made them kind of pointless, you know? I just moved on to mini Novas which are working out well. But then I have kind of a "life's too short" attitude to bad products, (or to be fair, to possibly good products that I couldn't figure out how to use.)

:(:(:(i have SI T3s and i have no problems with them,,as far as gurgling just blow in to the coil end and it will quit,,i also have T3 coils for my EGOs bought from gotvapes and stormysvaporcellar,,there is no difference in them but the threading.

I have never had a T3 leak on me,,try checking the bottom gasket,it some times gets pulled up when you refill,,so it won't thread all the way down.

i have been using them ever since KANGER came out with them,,never a leak.

all i use are T3s,,,I love these things.

Clearos suck, at least for me. I've never had a good experience with any of them. I just stick to cartomizers.

There's no need to get a whole new kit because there is nothing wrong with your battery. Try some cartomizers, or possibly even a carto-tank. S.I. sells very good cartomizers, and the price isn't outrageous. If you want the same capacity as the T3, you could even grab some of the iGo cartomizers from NHaler. They're not very cheap, but they easily hold 3 ml and I get at least one good week out of them.

Clearos leak and gurgle and require too much fiddling. Or they mute the flavor and all you taste is rubber or plastic. A good carto is worlds better.

Good luck!

I've never had a vapor problem with the t3, just the leaking from the hole under the heating element. Not too sure about going back to cartos though, nothing wrong with them, i just have a tendency to let them get too low and burn them, especially with my x2. I'd still like to stick with a clearo, but i can't keep wasting money on juice like this. Plus its a little embarrassing telling people how much better ecigs are, then having the dang thing leak all over me. I may have overlooked it in a response, but are there other clearos that will work with the x2?

I retired my t3s after gurgling and mouthfuls of hot liquid and went back to the Novas, which apart from the odd leak have performed admirably since purchase. Recently bought a innokin ce5 which I have only used today but seems good at the moment. Time will tell if they will replace the nova. If you have the money experiment with different styles, all around £5-10 per unit, and see which works best for you.

For other clearo options, you could try the Nano, CE3, or X2 clearos that S.I. also sells. I never tried the CE3, but the X2 is the best that I have tried.

NHaler, SmokTek and a few other vendors sell 808 threaded CE4+. Those are the ones with replaceable heads. 1.8 ohms was too low for me and made everything taste burnt, but plenty of people enjoy that ohm at above 4 volts.

There's also the Tidy 10 by Innokin. I'm on my tablet so I can't see your location, but Sterling Vaporis the only place in the states I have found who sells them. They're somewhat similar to a CE3.

There's the carto-tank, as mentioned before. V4L sells pre-made tanks to save you the trouble of punching your own cartos, at least to start out.

There are T4's out in the wild. I've been told the clearos from V2 are re-branded T4's by people I trust.

There are the M3 clearos. Those actually work pretty well, but they still have issues. They are not pocket friendly at all.

Vapor Kings have the new E-Smart clearos. Looking at them they appear to be a cross between a CE4 and a T4.

If you have a manual battery, you could use the 901-T system. This was actually my favorite until I rediscovered my love of automatics. 901 equipment will not fire on a "sealed" automatic at all.

Mountain Vapor sells "mini" tanks. They're 0.5 ml clearos. I've never tried them.

You could also buy an eGo-808 adapter and try some 510 stuff out. Bottom coil clearos are notorious for leaking. You may have better luck with a T2 or Vivi Nova.

Like I said, I give up on clearos. They require too much fiddling to make them work properly.
