Hi, I requested an RMA Number on Monday for a product I wanted to return. You guys still haven't responded, so I called in a couple days ago and I guess you have some workers on vacation so you guys are too busy to get to the emails?

The 14th day for your Return Policy is coming up tomorrow. I assume there shouldn't be a problem returning even if it goes beyond 14 days?

Just wanted to ask on here because I'm kinda concerned about that. Thanks

If you referring to the ticket number, you can view your past tickets by logging in and clicking Help Desk under 'my account'. If you dont have an account, I'll send you a PM with a link to view said ticket.

I've decided to pull the trigger and order SB but your website says there are "no matching no products matching the selection." I get the same message for the BB and Omega too.. Am I too late? Are the SB sold out?? Please help!

No they are not sold out. It seems the website is having some issues at the moment. I am sure Rob will have it going again soon :)

Thanks cddz, it's working now :) I was looking to buy the Silver vein that everyone is raving about. Do I have an option to request at the check out or no? Also, how much is the shipping and do you have a discount code for the first time buyer at your site :p

Nevermind about my recent questions, I already ordered.. couldn't wait. I don't care as long as it's SB! You guys already sent the shipping info awesome! It would be really cool if I get it on Fri.. **crossed my fingers**

Which one did you pick? My black SB is going on a year and a half now. Some chips and dings in the bottom of the battery tube from a couple of unfortunate incidents over concrete :(. Everything still works flawlessly and it's solid as a rock.

Silver, and they also have in pink. I really don't care as long as it's functional and lasts a long time. Wow you had yours for a year and half, that's great to hear! I can see the body is solid and indestructable but how's the button, does it stick over time, do you do any special care to maintain in top shape?

The switches are the best I could find. I have many many units out there that are pushing 2 years in service with no issues. They are not perfect, I do get some repairs, a little less than 2% repair rate. As far as care, keep the connector clean of juice, do not overtighten atties or adapters and it will last you for a long long while :)

The button is reason enough for the whole thing. Size, looks, tactile feel, how it's set in there, placement on the barrel, ergonomics. Just amazing. You'll find yourself holding the thing just to finger the button :). never gets old. I did put a touch of never seize on the threads when I first got it since it said to do that... The threads are another marvel. Big threads but silky smooth. Can't miss, can't cross thread and it doesn't unscrew by itself. Top and barrel mate to where you can barely feel the seam with a finger nail.
