Mr. Jaaxx is at the Comcast service center right now getting a new router. (It was actually the router that got fried.) I am at work where I have internet,but I will not access the administration for JuicyLiquid here because I am not sure if the security on the network at work is air-tight or not.
FYI-- It takes about 45 minutes to navigate to this subforum and post a message using a raggedy old Metro PCS phone. lol You learn something new every day!
Glad I don't have to deal with Comcast. I can guarantee it would take no time at all to get to the sites on my iPhone but I would need my glasses. I'll stick with my wireless N router and my phone company's DSL modem/router.
I hear ya! Unfortunately we have no other viable option here. They are absolutely atrocious to deal with! Once everything is set up, the service is smooth, but if you have to deal with customer service for any reason, ugh, headache!
