I'm down to 18mg from 24mg. Started first at 36... but a couple hits and I could tell it was WAY TOO MUCH. I believe I'm ready to step down again.

I started at 18mg with some 24mg for mornings and when I had bad cravings. I am down to 12mg with 18mg for rough patches. I plan to step down again in about a month or so or whenever I need to make another order. I am also working on DYI so I should be able to make the step down more gradually.

I started at 16mg, then went down to 12mg about a month in. Then went down to 6, and recently moved down to 3mg.

I do intend to eventually goto 0mg, but when I feel it is time to. I am not on any schedule, other than what my body tells me.

i started on 18mg and worked down to 0mg but found i needed to vape much more so started on 9mg which i mix with 0mg and that seems to okay for me, when i started vaping 7 months ago i didn't intend to quit analogs it just happened, i have no plans to quit vaping and am not stressed about being a vaper in the same way as i was when i was a smoker, i am sure you will find a blend that suits you, happy vaping

24mg in morning when I wake up then about 12mg during the day. I will drop it one day but I'm only 9 days ( back ) into vaping.
