Since this post has turned into a multi-topic thread I'd like to switch it up a bit and ask a question.

I bought some wintergreen 24mg 60/40 from MFS. It just about blew my head off and really cleared out my sinuses. The flavor is great but WAY too strong. I've added lots of unflavored nic juice and that helped a little but not enough. I added some VG but that made it worse. I've added more unflavored nic juice but the flavor is still too strong. My boyfriend was here when I was testing it and he said he could TASTE the wintergreen from the vapor in the air. Any ideas how I can tone down the flavor without losing it completely?

Take your unflavored...add a little of the flavored at a time...stop when you "get there" Wintergreen is very strong....as you can tell !

I dumped a little of the new strong wintergreen in a 5ml empty bottle to play with and have added at least as much unflavored to it. So now I have 50% strong stuff and 50% with unflavored in it and it is still way to strong for dripping or for use in CE2s. I've since tried using the 50/50 mix in a filler material type carto and that has toned it down a bit. These types of cartos are good for something I guess because they do mute flavor. But I would like to use this juice in my CE2s so I'm still experimenting. I'm afraid I'm going to end up with 90% unflavored and 10% new strong juice. I guess I shouldn't complain because I'm getting more wintergreen juice than I bought this way but what a hassle!

The first bottle of wintergreen I bought....dang...bout blew my head off ! I really had to cut it waaaaaaay down ! That bottle lasted me forever !

Like I said...take your un flavored first and add tiny bits of wintergreen to taste...

Oh, I misunderstood that. That makes more sense. I've been adding Unflavored to a small batch of the strong .... plus VG & PG and nothing is toning it down. And yes, I know that VG will cut the nic but my unflavored nic is 36mg so that's ok.

This wintergreen leaves such a long lasting taste in my mouth that I can't taste any of my other flavors. They all taste like wintergreen. It's like sucking on a mouthful of those wintergreen breath mints or lifesavers. Whew!!

I bought some wintergreen from BomBay Vaping and had them double the flavor and it was perfect. This new stuff from MFS tastes like they just poured wintergreen flavoring and nothing else. If your way works though I might buy some more because it will be much more economical.

Classwife: Your way worked! :thumb:

I filled a 3ml bottle about 3/4 full of unflavored nic juice and then added 2 drops of the strong wintergreen s!$t and a large drop of VG and that turned out pretty good. Still pretty wintergreeny but do-able. I can't believe how potent that stuff is. To use up that 5ml bottle I bought, I'll have to buy about a gal of unflavored to use it up. Sweet! I really do love wintergreen.

I also bought some mint & doublemint and they are just as potent as the wintergreen. :( So I thought I would experiment with the mint. I have a CE2 that's 3/4 full of I haven't a clue because the juice has no flavor at all. So I put a teeny tiny amount of mint in it and guess what? All I can taste is mint. So I topped it off with butterscotch (butterscotch & mint...mmmm????) and it killed the mint but I can still feel the coolness in the vapor. I don't know what flavor I've ended up with because I can't taste the old flavor, the mint or the butterscotch. I think I've just invented a new flavor. Anybody want to name it?
