Have you received any type of advertising in the mail hawking a vapor store?

When I received my mail yesterday, there was a flyer advertising special pricing and, of course, the location of a local vapor store.

I suppose it's fairly new and I've never heard of it before but I was surprised by this as I've never received vape related advertising in the mail before.
