How long do you have to wait to file a missing order with FT? I'm 3 weeks out from a ship date on another order.
If it's one day past the scheduled is when I would. I have only had to do that once with them about four years ago.
I was shocked mine got here that fast too. I had the 8-9 day e-packet delivery and I think I am one day ahead of that? Really was not expecting it to make it to U.S. customs today,was expecting Monday or Tuesday. Not complaining though.

Not sure what you mean by 1 day past the 'scheulded' date?
My one order (e-packet) was shipped on 5/12, and it hasn't arrived in customs yet. Is there some other date I should check on the FT site?

Just got notified that mine saying, Your item departed our USPS facility in QUEENS NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER on June 1, 2018 at 3:22 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
I just meant if my package has not shown up where it is supposed to be by a certain day,the next day I would contact them about it.
Thanks, I'll give them a full 30 days from the ship date and then contact them.
At this rate I may have to do that for the Aurora as well, lol. I've never had anything take this long once they mark it as 'shipped' on their end.

Mine has to go to Virginia beach,I won't get it until Tuesday more than likely. If it does show up Monday our mail is delivered around 4:00 p.m.
