Ok i've been fiddling over the last 3 weeks and have had decent results with it. but I have a few minor issues.

1 on occasion I get a burnt hit (dry) ? doesn't occur alot but yuck it taste bad when it happens. wick too short or too long or cotton too thick ?

2 this one gets under my skin. When filling thru the fill port it will leak out thru the mouth piece and airhole.giving me a bath unfortuntely wasting good juice because I still have a good size air bubble so its not filled any way to stop this would be great.
Overall performance is good but the filling method is very poor on this.

Some advice of what not to do :
Leave your Provari in your jacket when wifey decides to wash it to get the road salt off of it. good thing I chain vape so it only got a quick bath.

The burnt taste is most likely from too much wick (I believe you're using cotton?) - the coil is starved for juice.

The rule of thumb for cotton is "less is more". Like, a lot less.

In terms of wick length, just make sure it touches the base (inside the chamber) on both sides - not too short, and not so long that it hangs into the juice channels.

As for your filling issue, I'm not too sure but it sounds like you might have a chimney seal problem. Check that the o-ring on the top cap is seated correctly to seal with the chimney.

I made a smaller coil and used less cotton , so far so good ... It's not a chimney issue , it may have been the juice bottle itself. I read a problem with a kfl thread and they had the same problem and it turned out the bottle was pressurizing the tank causing it to leak out. I just topped it off with a better quality bottle and it may have worked but I'll know better when I do a complete fill tomorrow.
I think the burnt taste could be me vaping to quick as well as I have the most issues when I just get up after its sat overnight. And my cotton shows no signs of being burnt.
The only other observation I have made is when my tank gets low the vape seems to become a tad more harsh ,but that's an easy fix - fill it.
Overall this is light years ahead of the protank even though I prefer its looks.

Not sure how you hold it when filling, but holding it upside down when filling from fill port will prevent flooding and leaking from the air hole.
