With clear JWraps (ordered Sunday, received Thursday). They've upped their game!

The red one got into the general vicinity of one of my Xvos, which is never a good idea for any mod. Those things are dangerous.

    Well been over 48 hours since I received the wrong VT from ecig-city.com, sent them 2 emails and not a word in return, have used ecig-city quite a few times, and always thought they was good, but guess you never really know till you need customer support, which seems ecig-city has none.

    Guess I am going to have to sell the gold VT75 on classifieds, hopefully won't have to take to much of a loss. Already searched around and seems not many vendors carrying the gold nano, maybe it just wasn't meant to be :(

    That's horrible, Nailz! Since they have stores it may be worth giving them a call. They've got a good reputation and I wouldn't give up that easily. They need to make that right, and I want to believe that they will.

    Worth a shot?

    Exact same scenario here.
    I did receive a request for photos & invoice after 48 hours & my 2nd request.
    They obviously have the original invoice and I'm pretty sure I know the difference between the regular and the Nano. Why would I request an exchange of a Nano for a Nano?
    I won't bash them yet, but they have been moved from my order from list to my watch list until I see how it plays out.
    If I wanted this kind of experience I would have ordered from China.

    I will not ship it back at my expense. I didn't make the mistake.
    I will dispute the credit card charge 1st and wait for a label from them to ship it back.

    I hate this kind of reaction from any vendor
    It Is THEIR Mistake

    DEMAND they send you the correct item YOU PAID FOR
    and along with it, a return mailer if they want their mistake sent back to them

    anything less than that (in my mind) requires me to just cut my loss and at least keep what ya got (safe)

    this kind of CS just burns my :censored:/:censored:

    I have several preferred vendors as well.
    Unfortunately, you don't know the quality of Customer Service until you need it.
    This vendor has been fine in the past, before I needed CS.
    We shall see what the outcome ultimately is.
    I do know I've never had to wait 48 hours before for them to charge my credit card.
    And they didn't ask for any additional information to do it!

    What sucks is, I don't like the full size gold VT75 at all, or I would say nevermind and keep it, I will just send it back and never use them again, not going to all the hassle of chargebacks etc, sad thing is, they wouldn't of lost me as a customer, if had good CS, but they are not doing this right and waiting 48 hours for a reply is unacceptable nowadays, even fasttech in china answers quicker than ecig-city.

    Just to update, sent back the full size gold VT75 back to ecig-city today, cost me $7.05 to send it back, which I did email them and told them not very happy about paying to send back their mistake, and they just ignored that part and said now they have tracking #, they will send out my gold VT nano, they better get it right this time :glare:

    I did include a letter with the package, saying I thought their customer service was very lacking and not impressed with their service, from their emails, I don't think they care to be honest.

    Hopefully I get what I ordered this time, and I will be done with them, just hope all this hassle will be worth it.

    After numerous unnecessary emails in my opinion, I may have gotten my issue resolved as well.
    I requested a return label in one of my emails and their reply was instructions for the return and asked if I needed a return label. If not, here's our address.
    Uh yes I need a label, that's why I asked for one.
    I won't go into the agonizing minutia involved, but the last email said it was packed and being shipped.
    The only redeeming issue was they claim they changed the color from gold to gunmetal gray at my request. We'll see.
    I don't distrust them as a vendor and communication was pleasant when it arrived.
    I'm just not sure squandering $250.00 worth of otherwise billable time is worth it to get a $65.00 Mod I still had to pay for.
    At least the Jury is out for now.
