I think your google numbers are off.Okay, I googled it. 6 deaths from vape (total), 157,423 deaths from cigarettes/lung cancer (just last year alone). Even assuming half the cigarette deaths were wrongly attributed to cigarettes and it's only 78,711 who die yearly from cigarettes... man, it's so obvious where their priority is.

- Cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States, including more than 41,000 deaths resulting from secondhand smoke exposure. 1,300 deaths every day.
