I could easily search for this but well, I have a pounding headache.

Anyone else have this problem? I do not know if it is related to vaping but I wake up everyday now with a dull headache. It doesn't go away with caffeine or nicotine, the only thing that helps is Tylenol.

Could I be vaping too much, using too high or low of nicotine mg? I think it almost has to be related to vaping as that is the only significant thing that has changed in life recently.

I'm pretty sure headaches are a common sign of an upcoming nicotine OD. I have gotten them from time to time when I have vaped WAY too much.

I've never heard anyone report of waking up with them though... maybe you're so addicted that the headaches are withdrawal symptoms and you need to vape to make them go away!

While it is possible those things are causing it, it's fairly common. Happened to me for a week or so at first.

Remember, headaches are also a symptom of quitting smoking. Your body is no longer getting the 4000 chemicals it was used to when you smoked. Or at least, it's getting less of them if you haven't totally quit smoking.

Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. The PG will dehydrate you and cause several smaller problems.

Yeah tried that, but vaping in the morning doesn't make them go away :(

Yeah I guess that could be it. I do need to remind myself to drink some more water before bed, maybe that will help.

I would also speculate it has something to do with dehydration. I've had the opposite - I haven't had a migraine since I started vaping, longest stretch I've gone without one in 7 years.

Funny you mention migraines. I have had them since childhood. And as I am sure you can attest, a migraine is completely different than a regular headache. These feel like mini migraines (if there could be such thing). It is my right side of my head that hurts.

If more water doesn't help, maybe have a look at this book:

Trigger Point Therapy Workbook; Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief

It was a lifesaver for me, maybe the best $20 I ever spent. It helped me manage my migraines, which I discovered were caused by a knot in a shoulder muscle - I was absolutely floored when I figured it out. At any rate, I highly recommend the book. Hope your headaches disappear soon!

you guys were right! It was the water. I drank extra water last night and woke up fine this morning :)

i made such an effort when i first started vaping to keep well hydrated and i guess i just let it slip over the last week. Thanks for reminding me. My head thanks you this morning!

That's great! :D :D :D :D :D :D
